SRS Microsystems レビュー 

I went to SRS Microsystems after looking for a local camera shop that did trade ins. I got very good prices offered for my old kit and the staff were very helpful in helping me decide on my upgrade with LOTS of product knowledge but no sense of pressure! They also do there web prices in store! All in all an amazing experience in this day and age and a real breathe of fresh air away from Internet shopping!

I was looking for a Pentax lens and this company had it on a Black Friday special. It was reassuring to see that they had an actual shop (this usually means they actually know about what they are selling) that also had good reviews.

I ordered the lens, but there was a hiccup with delivery. SRS responded very quickly to my email and sorted out the delivery issue at the same time. I always say the proof of a company is what happens if there is an issue - in this case SRS could not have done more and that means they have a very happy customer in me.

Highly recommended and I will use again.

I purchased a Vanguard 263-AB tripod off SRS Microsystems in January as they were the lowest price I could find online. Unfortunately after a few weeks a small (but important) piece of plastic broke off from inside the central column, meaning that the central mount was no longer able to be tightened. I explained the problem to SRS Microsystems, and without question, they promptly organised a pick up of the faulty item and replaced it without charges after a week.

I have been a customer for about 5 years and have bought and part ex'd lots of lenses etc with them, they always give a fair price and make it hassle free.
Would have been 5 stars but for the non live stock on the website.

This was my first dealings with SRS and I will be back. Excellent unbiased recommendations (actually recommended a lens which was less than I thought I needed to spend) and gave a very reasonable part exchange price for my old gear.

I have been an SRS customer for over 20 years. I used to live in Watford and it was very handy to have a traditional and local camera shop wether I needed anything big or small.
I have since moved away and these guys are always my first call for anything photographic related. Their mail order process is very simple and if I have ever had any issues with something I've bought, it has always been dealt with effeciently and in a friendly way.
Service and pricing is always first-class and I don't hesitate in recommending them...

Bought a Hoya filter in store, returned it next day, but they wouldn't take it back saying I opened the box, they can't sell it now, just lost £69.

I bought a camera and two lenses. I wasn't happy about one of those and they took it back with no problems. Also they got some of my old stuff in exchange with a very fair quotation.

Ive now ordered two camera bodies from SRS. Most recently a lumix GX1, ordered on 21.12.12. Arrived next day as promised. They even took the camera to the PO themselves, rather than wait for it to be collected, to make sure it met the next day deadline. I hadn't ordered it until about 1.45pm.

I’ve ordered twice times from SRS, and both times they have made a mistake which they have subsequently rectified promptly - leading to a mixed experience.

I ordered a new Pentax k-5 and got a model which had already taken 4000 images and had a memory card with hundreds of images of the inside of their shop! I complained and they said an ex-display had been sent accidentally sent. A new replacement arrived promptly. They also forgot to include an advertised free memory card.

Then I used their hire service for a Pentax DA* 50-135 f2.8 lens, and the lens had a broken lens hood catch (which was in the notes that came with it, but was annoying as I wanted a fully working lens without broken parts!). The courier failed to pick up the lens from me three days in a row – apparently this had not been organised. I complained about the delay, and eventually SRS asked me to post it myself, for which they refunded me very promptly.

The staff I have spoken to have always been pleasant and willing to help, but the service has been of a reasonably low standard. I would use them again because I don't see any malice and they offer good prices on Pentax equipment and prompt delivery, but am wary of future poor service.

I have made a number of purchases during the last 3 years with no problems. My last purchase was a Pentax K5 camera which was received 2 days after ordering from their website. Their prices tend to be cheaper than most online stores. They also stock a nice selection of Pentax lenses(Nikon and Canon also) so this company is quite popular amongst Pentax owners.

I ordered a Pentax K5 from them; the price was one of the lowest on the internet. I received it two days after I placed my order. It even came with a free 8 gb sd card and pentax case. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased an Olympus PEN system from this dealer. I ordered the camera at about 1pm on a Monday - it was despatched the same afternoon and in my hands at 9:30am the next day. Fantastic response.
I also spent some time looking at prices before ordering and theirs could not be beaten anywhere.
Post delivery, I emailed them with a query and again got a very quick and satisfactory response.
I will probably need some accessories in the coming months and SRS will definitely be getting repeat business from me. Highly recommended.

I've made one purchase from SRS and they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful before, during and after. They assisted me with Metz (flash gun) and got me a free repair even after the warranty had expired! They are also very highly rated on pentaxforums.com and pentaxuser.co.uk. I will continue to buy from them whenever I need camera gear.

I have only used srsmicrosystems once to buy a flash gun and I bought it from their ebay shop at an excellent price, but I was very impressed.

When I asked questions they were promptly answered and the delivery was VERY fast with the flash being very well packaged.

Easily recommend them...

Ordered ( as best price on web for UK stock ) Panasonic Lumix G X VARIO PZ 14-42mm lens online Friday at 14.33pm and received dispatch confirmation and Parcelforce tracking number at 14.55pm.

Many companies wouldn't have confirmed your order let alone dispatched it within that time frame..

Well packaged item arrived Monday morning at 10am.

Very impressed. A credit to internet commerce.

Have since original review purchased separately two more lenses ( Olympus 45 & 75 1.8s ).
Same experience as before, Good Price and totally Hassle Free.

Both times well packaged items arrived next day.
Will def use again.
