Very prompt response to queries and knowledge of product very good

Firstly the online system was easy to use, and quick.
Secondly, and most importantly, when I needed help assistance was available.
I discovered additional requirements on an SSL certificate that I was unaware of, and after I had already requested, generated, and downloaded.
The support helped me troubleshoot, and even switched me at no charge to a different certificate provider when the original couldn't meet the additional requirements.

We implemented code signing about a year ago. As a small business with only a few software products, it was important for us to find a provider that was both reliable and affordable. After comparing several options, we chose SSLTrust.
