Standout レビュー

I am from india I was ordered one jacket but suddenly i had changed my mind and I canceled my oder after this my money was stuck I thought seller would received payment . Then i was mailing them and i said return my amount standoutuk they mailed me and they told me sir we couldn’t refunded your money because when you mailed us we stopped payment . And also they send me recipe. Today I received my debited amount. This site is genius .

Bought the trainers on the 22nd they arrived in less than 24 hours.
I did notice the day after receiving them they had reduced the price, after a quick email they responded and agreed to refund the difference.
Excellent customer service.

Fantastic experience, I cannot recommend highly enough. Very competitive price, and blisteringly fast delivery (ordered PM Thur and it arrived AM Fri). Carefully packed so arrived in pristine condition.
I wanted the Schott B3 jacket, but was nervous buying it from outside of the brands own website. As they do not have a UK base I chose STANDOUT, and I’m very pleased I did. I will definitely shop here again, and will be recommending to friends and family.

Good experience with Standout website and deals. I bought superdry Jacket for almost half prices and well served with a query too.
Need something like this in UK to overcome other fashion stores.
Will recommend to allll!!!

Ordered several items in the past, always faultless. Ordered an item yesterday it arrived today! Decided to order another item today, and had an email to say despatched within an hour and will no doubt arrive tomorrow. Brilliant service.

5* for Standout and especially their employee Roger.

Rogers communication throughout was excellent after an issue happened - on no fault of standouts own.

Would highly recommend, shoes came boxed and well wrapped.

Great company and fantastic staff will buy again.

In all honesty the best customer service experience I have ever had from a company. There were issues with my order (which I can accept happens), but the response and swift communication was a excellent example of how customers should be treated. Well done Roger!

Thanks,
Jason

I happened upon this store on Google shopping. I’d never heard of it before, but I did decide to buy a puffer directly from their own site as many prices were (very) competitive & their delivery & returns policies were perfect.
The coat came promptly with Royal Mail, with updates.
Unfortunately, there was a small problem with the coat, but customer service was flawless; very quick replying to emails, amenable, wanting to help with a solution, faultless.
Quite often, you only really find out what a company’s like when there are queries/issues, but I couldn’t have asked for more, & would certainly recommend & use again.
It’s great when you find an independent store where technical ordering/delivery processes work just as well as the major corporates, but the service is more personal & close to home (& generally nicer to support smaller businesses over the likes of Amxzxn.)
We’re quick to write reviews for sites when things go wrong, but I’m even more keen to write glowing reviews when things are especially good, just as I’m doing now. ☺️

Excellent from start to finish! £30 cheaper than Schuh and delivered free within a couple of days - will 100% use again!

Unfortunately I had to cancel as I ordered the wrong item however the reason I’m leaving this review as I was so surprised on such a prompt response and help sorting it out! Thank you! Def coming back to order from them again

Excellent price, service and prompt delivery. Highly recommend.

Fantastic place for discounts and delivery. Just need to improve by contacting customers what time delivery should arriving like other big stores.

I recently tried to buy a wallet from the website. But the website autofills the address. The shipping address was sent to California, I’m from North Carolina I never put California as my state the website did, everything was correct except state. When I tried to report my issue, the Phone number didn’t work, I contacted their gmail support but no response back, No change confirmation gmail. I love the deals and luxury quality wear for the best prices. Only issue was the shipping. I hope maybe next time they have an option to change the shipping address after incase the wrong state was on the wrong selection. I am very excited to buy this wallet I just wish I got a gmail back saying the problem was fixed. This was my first time buying from this website and this is my experience

Superb online experience, ordered Carhartt shorts and T shirts at a great price, super speedy delivery,
Very impressed, hadn't ordered from Standout before, be definitely ordering again *****

Avoid. Ordered some trainer's size 10. Shipped completely different trainer's size 8.5. No customer service, no telephone number to call. Just buy from a reputable retailer and save yourself a load of hassle and disappointment.

i had issues obtaining the order however it was an issue from the local fedex and their negligent customer service however standouts customer service was a 10/10 definitely ordering from there again

Yep, I'm another one that doesn't buy online but these guys are bang on, delivered fast, quality and price good, will definitely be going back to them, 👌
