Sent fake flavour, no factory seal, the lid was sealed crudely with sellotape. They eventually replied to my email and refused refund or exchange and now are ignoring me. 100% avoid this place, they are not a legitimate trader even though it looks like they are an official seller. You can get the same fake flavour for half the price. I paid £185 for 1kg Savacco but received some junk.

Flavour is so weird in smoke taste i expect it very nice but its wrong i feels like chemical smoke

I have order 2x Starbuzz Bee Head Bowl after the seller confirmed the coating won’t come off. The quality of the bowls is bad and it has been obvious that the seller has mislead me. I tried to contact the seller via email but they have never replied!

Terrifying. Ordered shisha flavours on Thursday, 3pm. I have paid extra for delivery on next day, they dispatched it only on Friday and delivered too late and I had tickets on plane already. So I wrote to their support and was waiting for a week and still get ignored.

I was not satisfied. I immediately warned them that I was in London for a few days and needed next-day delivery, which I paid for. At first, the store did not see the payment for a long time, then the delivery took several days. As a result, the goods arrived when I had already left the country. When I asked them to change the delivery address so that the goods would arrive not at the hotel, where I was no longer staying, but at my friends' place, they said they could not help.
