I ordered around $300.00 worth of herbs from this company and they refused my request to send me the accompanied COA 's (Certificate of Authenticity)documentation that proves the freshness and authenticity of the herbs I ordered from them. As a large business they are required to have them. I needed the COA's as part of a normal business practice in Skin Care formulation. This is the 1st company I have had this bad experience with. They are not being transparent with their products and I will never order from them again.

Starwest Botanicals requires you to order $49 dollars of product to get free shipping. I spent 1 1/2 hours adding products to my cart to be able to get the free shipping & 15% discount code for my first order. Once I added the discount code my total went below $49 & they removed the free shipping! With $20 for shipping my total became MORE than the 15% discount! No company has ever done this.
Cancelled order. Very disappointed in this company's policy.

So impressed with this company. I had a long list of ingredients to buy, many were obscure, and they had them all, at a fair price, shipped super quick, and great customer service. Would recommend!

Company has been changing over the past few years. Discontinuing some of their more unique tea blends. I'm a business customer and their site has gotten hard to navigate, pop-up ads, and lots of marketing emails.

I have been a customer of Starwest Botanicals since 2016. They always have top-notch products along with top-notch support.

I have been satisfied with every purchase. I have bought glucosamine sulfate, saw palmetto, ginger root, nettle leaf, nettle root, and more from Starwest.

I will continue purchasing from them.

Doing fraud with Amazon reseller just to sell out products. They are fooling amaozn. Do not buy anyhting in wholesale or as a retail.
