You cannot even watch a show, it cuts out every 4 minutes!

Total torture!! I agree with all of the bad reviews. Got Starz for rugby and even if a live game is busy and it show available, only other sports are playing. Click on the live match and ufc talks how comes up. And the ads, if they play different ads it would have been better, but they repeat the same 4 ads over and over. If you are lucky to find a match that are streaming, you will miss the kick of and even after halftime as the game started again, they keep on showing the same ads for the hundredth time...and only after a few minutes they return to the game

There's really only a couple of shows I find interesting and the only reason I have a subscription; thankfully those shows are wrapping up soon so I can cancel my subscription. The streaming quality is absolutely terrible and they should honestly be ashamed of themselves. The quality is like 480p, which their website blames poor internet connection, but every other streaming service I use successfully delivers HD quality content.

Do not install Starz. It will continue to open over other apps, even when you never open it. If you did install it, just uninstall it and take the loss. Cancel your subscription.

Too many adds even after taking high charges, also do not work most of the time in TV, onay for mobile app only.

Very poor experience….
No any response or solution from the Customer support….

My starzplay application is not working even after subscription,
I have subscribed monthly plan to watch IPL but from one week it is not working, my subscription is still remaining untill may 22,
I have complained many times to you but no solution provided yet.

starz isn’t worth the money they don’t update movies never nothing new and when they do add it we already seen it or it’s 2-3 years old the network used to be the best i’m now leaning towards encore and HBO they have great movies only thing i like about starz is the series the network need to be series based only at this point because the movie aspect is trash most people only pay to watch series once they end im no longer interested

Starz has a habit of pulling shows before viewers can finish watching them. The latest and most egregious of these poor decisions was the recent sudden disappearance of the third and final season of Hightown, which they pulled from their streaming lineup a scant few weeks after the final episode aired. A quick web search showed me that I am only one of thousands of viewers who are outraged by this, yet when I contacted Starz they refused to even consider restoring the show so viewers could finish watching it. For a PAID channel, they don't seem too interested in keeping me (or thousands of others) as paying customers, so I am bidding them a bitter farewell... for good.

So now every 10 minutes there is an ad during films. How bloody annoying is that. Crazy. And it never loads properly. Cancelling subscription now.

Gulliermo customer service person was rude as hell He was so rude that I got tired of listening to his abrupt talk like I was a fool I hung up and figured it out myself.

This is my first truly awful experience with a TV/entertainment provider. I "purchased" what I thought was a "trial" period for 2 weeks, but after 2 weeks, canceled my "auto renew" that had to be set up. But I got charged $59 anyway. I contacted someone & was told it wasn't a "trial;" it was a "promotion" and I had no choice but to pay becaue it was the fine print agreement! Such marketing trickery! I'd never heard of STARZ & so in my mind I was doing a trial run of it. The customer service person was so unkind and didn't care about my STARZ experience. From the 2 weeks I checked it out, there was only one show out of all of them that was even one I'd consider. They are greedy goofballs! HULU and ParamountPlus are fantastic though!

this is unbelievable. i cant log in. so ... i tried to cancel. a can't do that. i tried to call / contact support. it's impossible. what the heck. this the worst there is. ever.

Brutal.
Streaming service obviously taken or stolen from other sources.
Terrible quality. Glitches in the programs. Those green lines all over the screen in shows. One TV series I was watching religiously.. an episode doesn't even have sound. Garbage. Don't subscribe. Save your money

I noticed I was paying for something called "Starz" on my amazon prime account. I gave Amazon support a call and found out I'd been paying £5 a month for 3 years! I'd never heard of the service and certainly never used it. I guess if I didn't check today then I'd be paying for years to come. I have no idea what films they show but you'd think they'd check with you to see whether you actually want a service if it's never been used but I guess they're happy to quietly take the money. Can't say I'm impressed.

Let me start by saying that their customer service is the worst. I have been going back and forth with a agent talking in their chats to get a promotion and they come back as they can't do it cause it expired as I was talking to them. Thank you Starz but definitely would not be a customer and definitely will not promote you at all.

Absolutely rubbish and that is being nice. I paid for the Anthony Joshua match and it didn’t even work on the tv. Every time I contact them they say they are reviewing it, been well over two weeks and I provided them everything they needed including screen shots and videos. Scam company stay well away from there

TERRIBLE!!! Can't speak directly to an agent. I did Not want the subscription and they withdrew the money from my accout after the trial.

Zero Stars should be allowed for STARZ. As I've said to friends, this channel has the worst black shows and actors to date. The entire line up of shows and movies are just AWFUL. Thank goodness I cancelled my subscription within two days.

I signed up for the 7 days trial. They charged me 399dhs and said there’s no free trial!! There’s not one movie that I recognize, it’s all Asian and Arabic movies or B rated American movies! Do NOT subscribe!!
