Flodding shower- ignored when reported by phone, so I needed to use the towel provided. When discussed with reception they seemed well aware of this 'common issue" and offered bedsheets to clean the floor.
The air
conditioning is very loud ( industrial style). As
my headphones didn't help I ended up with 1.5h sleep only. The rest ok, the fridge was useful in summer. Convenient for big concerts as steps away from the venue.

The room was comfortable and the people were very nice.

Very helpfull and nice staff. The room was clean there was enough cutlery for 2 people. The bad was oké, bit hard in my opinion.

My stay was amazing the building was exceptional my unit was spotless comfortable and well equipped. The staff were so kind and helpful and we felt very safe and the location was within walking distance to everywhere we wanted and needed to go I highly recommend this place we loved it

You provide great opportunities for the students around the world. We have limited budget and you provide the best for us. Location is great, so close to the center and stations. Having the private bathroom also nice. Only thing went wrong that my card was not working to open the entrance door but my stay term was short and the staff was helpful about it. Thanks for everything!!

Great experience! We stayed in some uni accommodations. Check in was super easy, everything was clean and the accommodation was quiet in the evening. Check out was easy as well and there was always someone at reception. Thank you!

My booking was cancelled 1 hour before I check in. Very rude and ignorant customer service by Ash and head officer Gabriella. I wish you both worst of luck.

The room is minimal but sufficient. But after 1 night they urgently wanted to change us to another room and when arriving there the mattrass was horrible. When comlaining at the reception they did make anything possible (allthough there were plenty of people not checked in yet). Quick to accuse me of wrongdoing, accusing me from 'causing stress to a pregnant woman' and 'I will cancel your booking' (of course causing stress to us because you don't know if you will find your doorkey not working when arriving the day after). So not a pleasant experience at all. I claim half the money back (will update here as soon as they compensate).

Clean and new. Nice areas downstairs for meeting friends. Pool table, football table and games for the kids to play.
