We bought a game from them, about 40 minutes later we tried to return it having realised we bought the wrong thing. The cashier was rude and would only refund with store credit instead of refunding us in cash. It was our first time shopping here. Needless to say we wont be shopping there again

שוויו של הספר כ-96 ש"ח.

אין מענה אף פעם בסניף.

בפייסבוק אין אופציה להגיע למסנג'ר.

לדף "צור קשר" אף פעם לא עונים.

אני חברת מועדון.

רוכשת ספרים למכביר עבור ילדיי בעלי הצרכים המיוחדים.

איזו עוגמת נפש.

אף פלטפורמה של החברה לא עומדת לרשותי.

אני מעוניינת לבטל את חברותי ולקבל החזר כספי.

אני תקווה שכאן אזכה בהתייחסות טרם פנייתי למועצה להגנת הצרכן ולרשות לסחר הוגן.

I recently ordered five books from Steimatzky and had them shipped to Greece. Overall, the experience was positive, and I’m happy with my purchase. The prices were excellent, and the books arrived in perfect condition in an incredibly short time—it was surprisingly fast! I also requested that the order be marked as for personal use, and to my pleasant surprise, they followed through with that, which helped make the customs process smooth and hassle-free.

However, there are several areas that need improvement. The website is RIDDLED with bugs. It took me over an hour and a half just to register and place my order, encountering one error after another. Unfortunately, there’s no phone number for technical support, and my message via the website went unanswered for days. Even after reaching out through Facebook Messenger, I still didn’t receive a response. Ultimately, I had to call (found their number on Google) and Eitan offered an excellent service.

Lastly, while the books arrived safely, the packaging left a bit to be desired. The books were just tossed into the box without any proper sealing or padding. While thankfully nothing was damaged, I expected more care to be taken in how they were packed.

In conclusion, the prices and delivery speed were fantastic, but the user experience and customer service need significant improvement. Despite the hiccups, I’m giving 4 stars because the end result—getting my books quickly and in great condition—was what mattered most to me.

I never believed that a large company almost a monopol like Steimatzky, collects the money, never delivers the products and worse of all doesn't respond to a customer despite several remainders, never again, I'll need now to connect with VISA to claim my money back, what an hassle...

Its the 4th message that I write you to claim the 3 books I bought this week, they never arrived to my kindle. I bought in the past several books and all was well delivered, please be kind to treat that claim.

Some pictures of products are missing! and the partition of space on pages maybe not so convenient to see the details at once ~ but in overall it's GOOD!
