Took too long between purchase and…

Took too long between purchase and delivery.Dispute over installation of cooker twice.Cooker had a chip when delivered and inside settings were not fixed properly.

Five star service from start to finish

Engaged Stellisons to look at purchasing all my kitchen appliances as part of our new kitchen refit and spoke with Tony from the Hornchurch branch who was very helpful and knowledgeable in making sure we purchased the right appliances to suit the new kitchen. He was able to offer us the same if not better brands and models than those being offered by the actual kitchen companies we were looking to potentially use as well as offer a very competitive price. I was kept completely up to date with the status of my order and offered a delivery date which suited my requirements around the kitchen installation date.

Again the delivery went smoothly with good communication on the day pre arrival and the delivery team placed the appliances exactly where i needed them in my garage for temp storage ready for the kitchen fitters.

Unfortunately when it came to installing the induction hob it was found to be damaged so i called up Stellisons straight away and again spoke with Tony who promptly asked me to send pictures of the damaged item so he could begin the process to get a replacement sent out ASAP. He was honest enough to inform me I might have a 2-3 week wait but within an hour he called me back to advise he had a spare unit in stock and would be able to get it sent out to us. I reported the defective item on the Friday afternoon and had the replacement by the Monday morning.

All in all a great experience even with the slight blip of the induction hob and i would definitely use Stellisons again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them for there professional service as well as there very knowledgeable staff who were friendly and not pushy in trying to offer me products I did not need but listened to what I required.
