A delivery time longer than 3â5 days within Europe is clearly unusual. For this reason, we immediately contacted our shipping office, and they will update us tomorrow morning with more information.
If it turns out that the parcel has been lost â which unfortunately can happen with some couriers â we will immediately arrange a new express shipment for you.
We are truly sorry, and we want to underline that once a parcel leaves our warehouse, we unfortunately no longer have control over it, apart from following up through the courierâs customer service.
