I’ve had problems with several people at your firm . Jack Prosser, Rebecka Hagman and Mark Poulton. Are you saying that all three of these are no longer with you!

I have instructed Stephen Rimmer on several matters over the years while managing a small portfolio of five properties. They were due to act for us on a freehold purchase in London, but in practice very little progress was made despite fees being taken.

While earlier work was satisfactory, service levels have deteriorated significantly. Communication was poor throughout, with long periods of silence and little proactive engagement. The only consistent communication seemed to be when payment was required.

I also requested assistance on a covenant issue relating to another property on several occasions, but despite repeated follow ups there was no meaningful progress.

Property transactions involve significant financial and legal risk, so clear communication and active management are essential. Based on my recent experience, I would not feel confident instructing this firm again.

Being that I was a solo first timer buyer & had no idea of the process or what to expect, I would like to thank Noel Martin who dealt with my case, I had constant email updates and advice which was very reassuring. All the emails I received were professional and well detailed. He made me aware of any additional fees as and when he came across them so I knew what my final bill would be, which was great! I used this company for a minor service which was verification of I D for Land Registry. They had been recommended some years ago for another matter which resolved itself. They were flexible in arranging a suitable date at short notice and very polite and helpful. Jo was very pleasant to deal with and an asset to the company. The work and chat only took 10 minutes and I walked out thinking I had actually had great service for a more than reasonable cost.
I paid a quarter of what I had been quoted by other companies. I will use you for all future legal requirements. Hope your business goes forward strongly. Thanks.

My partner and I are so glad that we were recommended to Steven and Rimmer by Toby at Quanstrom, our mortgage advisor- throughout the house purchasing process our solicitor Roy, his team including Georgina Megan and Teresa and his colleagues Jack and Hannah were all really helpful and did not at all adhere to the stereotype of poor solicitor communication. We were always kept in the loop (including with initial accurate quoting) and everything was sorted as required. I would not hesitate to use Stephen Rimmer and specifically Roy there for any legal services in the future.

Our purchase was not straightforward, buying a repossession of a shared ownership property where the lender had to staircase to 100%. We were dealing with a repossession company, and a housing association who did not seem to care about timescales and completion dates. We are truly grateful to Roy Bridge and his team for the time and dedication they put in, as we know that this transaction was equally as frustrating for him as it has been for us. We would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him as he was worth every penny

Rebecca Curcher and Susannah Poole have managed over the last year to complete two flat sales for me. They have been absolutely brilliant. They are very professional, efficient, speedy with their responses to emails, supportive, and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I wil certainly use them in the future.

Awful. I signed all my paperwork and posted it by had through their letterbox as requested only for them to lose it. They were not bothered that they had lost paperwork with a lot of sensitive information on it.
Then a couple of months after the sale had gone though they wrote to me stating that there was outstanding ground rent to be paid that they had missed and now it had been handed to a debt collector I had to pay the arrears plus around £300 fees. They did not take any responsibility for this oversight.

I would go elsewhere.
