Not the cheapest of the several estimates I got... but clearly the best and, as always, you get what you pay for. Local, family run with many years experience and good guidance and helpful suggestions for finishes and extras. The electrician and plumber were great with nice attention to detail and comfort and they took into account our needs and left the loo usable each day. We'll done Sterling Bathrooms! Thoroughly deserve 5 stars and big hooray for a company that clearly work with clients and care about their fitting and workmanship.

We have just had our kitchen refurbished by sterling bathrooms and kitchens.
I can’t speak highly enough of the service from start to finish, and the quality and fitting service was excellent.
Thank you to Beau and Rachael for all your help and guidance, making the whole process run smoothly and efficiently, and to Dave for his professionalism and expertise during the installation process.

Delighted with the bathroom,ensuite and cloakroom recently completed by Sterling Bathrooms. All three rooms were completed seamlessly ensuring we had use of a toilet and bath or shower over the five weeks it took to complete the project. The standard of workmanship was 100% and both fitters and the electrician took great care to ensure that we were fully involved in any decisions that had to be made as the work progressed. We choose Sterling Bathrooms as they completed our old Bathroom 19 years ago to a very high standard and it looked great until the day it was removed, Sadly this is not he case in our new bathroom. The fitter was great at putting in the bathroom suite but obviously is not a tiler. we have been left with uneven tiles, grout lines are different widths throughout the bathroom, some areas you can hardly see the grout other areas the grout is very very thick and the lines are uneven, this has been done because the tiles do not line up with each other in a lot of places so they have just filled in with grout. The floor was laid with Karndean tiles but some of the tiles do not butt up to each other so we have been left with gaps in between. One wall was re tiled but done in a hurry by the same person so it is no better, the trim around the window does not join at the bottom so we have been left with it sticking out with a rough edge. We have had a different fitter round 4 times to try and correct some of the jobs there was a lot wrong but the only way the bathroom would look professional is for a tiler to re do the whole bathroom, at the moment it looks like a DIY job.
Customer aftercare is non existent, after the bathroom was initially finished we asked the owner of the company to come round and look at the work they thought it was okay, but did send the fitter back to redo some of the work, since then I have sent many emails and photos but most have been ignored, with no comment re the standard of work.
This has been a very disappointing experience but after 2 and a half months we are having to put this bad experience behind us and move on, as nothing will be resolved. We just wish we had never made the very expensive mistake of having our bathroom re done

All began well with Beau and Rachel giving good advice and being very helpful .
The problems started as soon as work commenced.
A studding wall was installed. Plywood was fitted over the battens instead of plasterboard . When I questioned this the fitter said it would be fine once it had been plastered over . The new radiator fitted to the wall was so large that you had to sit on the toilet
at 45 degrees ! The fitter said this was unavoidable as radiators were made to measure , what a load of rubbish! This was replaced.
The made to measure cupboards were fine but I presume the made to measure doors were made to fit something else as you can get your fingers through the gaps.
A week later the plaster started to peel and crack and the new mixer tap had seized.
By this time it had become impossible to get hold of Beau or Rachel. All our calls went straight to ansafone . Messages were left but were ignored.
All emails were being ignored.
Eventually the fitter turned up to fit a new wall. Nobody had told us he was coming but luckily my wife was at home.2 days after the wall was completed the toilet roll holder fell off . It had been screwed straight into the plasterboard with no rawlplugs .I refitted it myself.
When the fitter left he told us that Beau would be in touch to come and measure up for new doors.
This was at the beginning of July , now over a month ago.
All subsequent ansafone messages and emails have been totally ignored.

Great service from Sterling bathrooms from start to finish. We had our en suite and main family bathroom done. Alan the fitter was excellent and did an immaculate job.

Beau and rachael took very good care of us. We had a look of umming and ahhing over what we wanted done and they were at great pains to help us through everything. The men who worked on the job itself were wonderful as well-they worked hard, did very good quality work and were also very obliging. Will definitely get them to do our next job. Would highly recommend.

Sterling Bathrooms went above and beyond wiith installing our new bathroom. The guys found a few issues with the existing piping which I thought was a disaster, the guys took it in their stride and sorted it out without any fuss.
The end product is fantastic, we are looking to use them again soon for our kitchen project.
I cannot praise these guys enough, fantastic job.

Excellent service and support throughout. From visiting the showroom to having our bathroom completely re-fitted, we had the best experience. The fitters were great and arrived on-time, were punctual and efficient. Great job by everyone - we love our new bathroom!

From my initial visit to Sterling Bathrooms to the finished product, I remained confident that I would not be disappointed. Their advice, assistance and planning proved crucial; and the expertise of their tradesmen, together with the high quality of the fittings resulted in a high quality bathroom. We are totally delighted with every single aspect and would readily recommend this firm without hesitation.

This was the second bathroom we have had fitted by Sterling and it is beautiful. Alan is tidy and makes sure everything is finished to the highest possible standard. Beau’s made to measure cupboards look great and Kate and Rachel ensure everything is project managed perfectly. We had a minor issue post fitting and that was sorted out swiftly. We also had a fridge installed in the kitchen at the same time. Will certainly use Sterling for a full kitchen refit in the future. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Design and standard of work was superb, even incorporating some last minute changes. The installation team were always cheerful and explained every step of the way and left everything immaculate on departure.
