Very useful information, accurate and timely!

You have added a lot support for my analysis.

Lots of futures on this trading platform. It's easy to use and have tons of indicators to chose from as well as a good library for supporting these indicators with detailed explanations. Scan is easy to use and have already preloaded samples available. Market carpet and sector drill-down makes life easy for anybody. Bottom line a great platform for any level of experience traders and investors.

The system is simple to use for scanning and modifying my chart criteria when it is important. I can review my holdings within minutes and can update my list multiple times a day with ease.

I like how the newer chart system auto-refreshes by default, rather than a pull-down window that asks if you want 15 seconds, 30 seconds, or no refresh. That older feature never made any sense to me.

Overall the experience was great as the issue I reported was fixed quickly.
The only thing to report is that during our exchanges there was sometime long period with no information at all. A quick "the issue has been identified, we are working on it, we will let you know of our progress" woul have been nice

You removed my ability to annotate the P&F charts, otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Whenever I send a question or ask for clarification on something, I have never not ever received a reply. Otherwise, I like the website.

Extremely disappointed with StockCharts.com. When their website went down, I sent multiple emails to support asking for an explanation and potential compensation, but I was met with complete indifference. Their response, which took a very long time, was dismissive and lacked any accountability or apology. As a user of over ten years, this terrible customer service has led me to cancel my subscription immediately. Avoid."

The programming flexibility to scan through the entire stock universe based on my specific criteria. This saves a large amount of time. Additionally, the ability to craft a chart using many different indicators and parameters.

So many tools, coaching and value! Every investor needs StockCharts.

Things have been improved in Times . I am member since 2019 . It is a in dévelopment tool for my charts . Now , i have the de l' intelligence artificielle... , i can use it better , it help in programming New scans ...

The charts are great. I am also benefiting from the scans but mostly, the educational video/emails from the experts have enhanced my trading abilities.

Great graphs and insights. Well worth it

Great charts I use daily. Good scans to search for relevant charts and research, with various examples I can use when desired and easily modify. Alerts sent to my email are useful. While I don't use the articles and StockCharts TV as much as I used to, I still find them helpful and informative. The platform has allowed me to make much better returns as a DIY investor than when I used an investment broker who was supposedly an expert.
