The team at Stockspot are helpful and supportive, especially for new customers. I had a lot of questions and felt supported through the process, even when I had to ask multiple times until I understood. They are easy to contact and deal with. I came across Stockspot when I was looking into Robo Advisors. They seemed to be a robust company, where I thought my money would be safe to put, and returns affordable to receive. Setting up an account was easy and seamless, only taking a few days. Seeing some nice growth in my funds within a few months has been lovely. I had to withdraw some funds for bills, which whilst easy, did take 7 days to arrive. In the meantime, the remaining funds have continued to grow, leaving me pleasantly surprised and happy to be invested. I have been investing with Stockspot for 7 years now and am very happy with the returns. The service is very responsive and helpful. The only downside has recently been the inability to withdraw money through the app, it needs a little work to make that easier, however, a phone call will allow you to withdraw. The amount of information available to you through the app is very good.

I've been investing with Stockspot for more than a year and they've helped me get started with investments in the Australian market. Their low fee structure is highly attractive and they offer full transparency in trades executed on your behalf. There is no need for complications. I keep moving small amounts into the account and once its large enough, the trades are executed. Everytime I want to spend on something stupid, I send an equivalent amount to the stockspot account. Thats just my trick.
