had a very disappointing experience with Stoko’s customer service. I contacted them multiple times regarding my order, and they repeatedly stated that they could not locate it, despite having already discussed an exchange and return with me.
The product I received was too small. When I asked to exchange it, I was told the correct size was out of stock, so I requested a return instead. I was promised several times that a return label would be sent within 24 hours, but I never received one. I followed up multiple times and eventually stopped receiving responses altogether.
At this point, I have been unable to return the product or receive proper assistance. The lack of follow-through and communication has been extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.
