Stop Start レビュー 

We have a major road closure outside of our house requiring a 3 mile diversion to get here which isnt well signposted. Calin the driver made his way here despite this and arrived on time. He was very helpful, polite and had a smile despite the obvious disruption. As opposed to some delivery drivers who just want to get rid of the delivery and move on, Calin made sure the large package was located in our porch where we wanted it as opposed to just dropping at the front. This meant we could unpack it and made lifting the heavy package after that so much easier.

Delivered on time …. Great communication ….Wayne , the delivery driver, what a nice guy and true ambassador for Stop Start … so nice to be treated to an excellent service…. Thank you !

We had a great experience. All steps of delivery were communicated well in advance. Driver was on time, very polite and helpful.

I today had a bath and a w.c. delivered by Graham H of Stop Start. On the positive side, the 4 items were delivered at the time expected. However the driver said he would leave them outside my front door because company policy prevents him from entering a house. He said that this is because of an incident in which a customer has taken legal action against the company. I am almost 80 and have a disability caused by osteoarthritis. It would have been literally impossible for me to get the heavy packages into the house on my own and they would almost certainly have been stolen if they had been left stranded on the doorstep. (there is heavy footfall past my house). By pure good luck I am having refurbishment done at the house and there were two tradesmen there who remonstrated with the driver about his unhelpfulness then brought the packages in for me. I see from other reviews that many other drivers have been complimented for taking heavy items inside for the customer.

Was advised that my delivery of an expensive kitchen sink would be delivered between 07:05 and 09:05 the next morning. The driver arrived bang on 07:05 and I watched as he carefully removed my parcel from his van and gently laid It on the floor outside my door. Nice friendly chap whom took care and was courteous. I wish all courier firms were like Stop Start especially as I'd just been let down by Evri recently and also Fedex yesterday. Once again...Excellent service!!👍😊👍

They advised the delivery date and times and kept me in the loop down to the last 5 minutes which i thought was really good. Driver was polite and helpful

The online tracking information was excellent and let me know when to expect the delivery within the original 2 hour allocated slot. The driver arrived on time, was very polite and helpful and lifted the heavy item into the property and checked with me that it was the correct order, before I signed for it. Very pleasant manner and professional service. I would thoroughly recommend.

Clear communications about the delivery. Prompt, friendly and helpful driver who positioned (large) parcel exactly where requested. Also very good service the following day by the same driver.

This is my first experience with Stop Start. It was refreshing to be greeted with a half hour delivery spot this morning, and all communications were great. Long may it continue as they are a world apart from most other couriers.

It is refreshing to find a small but growing company who can outshine the big boys. Stop Start did exactly what they should do and delivered a package (large and heavy) on time (actually a little quicker than expected) and in perfect condition with a friendly and helpful driver. If looking for a transport provider look no further. Very happy customer.

We received updates on delivery times, and driver (Indy 3) contacted us when he was 30mins away. He arrived on time and assisted unloading the bath panels. Regarding the 1700 x 700mm bath - Indy 3 carried this by himself into our hallway, and placed it on the floor with great care. Absolutely top class.

Very efficient and friendly driver Goods arrived spot on time. Couldn’t fault the delivery at all 😊
