Used this firm a few years ago, way too much money for a pathetic service. Ended up doing most of the work myself and still took my money.

I did not get the service beneficial to my case. I was drawn to trust myself with Luke at the initial advice stage and thinking that he was handling my case throughout, I paid £1000 only to be given another adviser who was not as sympathetic in his approach to my case and I get the impression he was urging me to compromise with the Bank rather thank represent my best interests. The outcome was that I get a deferred 6 months and he gets his money. I have since then consulted solicitors and other agencies who had told me that I should not have agreed the terms with the Bank at the time as it provides the Bank with more of an advantage in putting pressure again on Me to sell my house to settle the debt. In short, the problem hasnt gone away. Will not use them again

Revival were fantastic in helping me with my repossession situation I would definitely recommend them, they explained everything clearly and thanks to them I am in a manageable position with my arrears.
