Poor customer service from advisor…
Me and my wife were in on Sunday 21st opening a new storage unit (25sqft) and I asked if it would be at all possible to have the unit as close to our current unit on the 3rd floor. The man we were dealing with didn’t have time to answer before a younger male colleague with dark longer hair rudely butted in stating it is first come first serve and the units are worked on a priority basis (whatever this means) we didn’t argue, just accepted it. Just felt it was rather rude for another colleague to interrupt when he wasn’t the one dealing with us. Made us feel like he didn’t care to be perfectly honest, which may well be the case but he should not have displayed it so openly.

To clarify, storage units are allocated by the branch based on availability and operational requirements, and unfortunately customers are not able to select specific units or locations within the store. Our colleague was attempting to explain this process, although we're sorry if the way this was communicated came across as abrupt or dismissive.
