My experience with Stowe Family Law has been excellent, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing specialist support when navigating family-related difficulties.

Brilliant service with a personal touch
Zoe Robinson has represented me for the last year in ongoing family and financial proceedings and has been a wonderful source of advice, support and top quality legal representation throughout. She is highly approachable and empathetic and blends her extensive legal knowledge with a personal touch which has given me reassurance at every stage of the process.
Her advice is pragmatic but she has also been able to offer creative solutions to issues and she has been absolutely spot-on in her 'take' on my situation at every point. I have not had much experience in dealing with solicitors to date, but I sense that it is a rare combination to find someone who is so ruthlessly professional whilst also being so congenial! I would 100% recommend Zoe and could not be more pleased or grateful to her for her work.

Appt made but nobody called
Said a solicitor would call..highly anxious situation and nobody called!!!!
This causes the client to lose faith and trust in the law firm they have chosen to represent them. Really poor practice ..
This was Bath office...
Stowes have now asked for my details to verify the review but this won't actually give any clarity as the appt was not in my name! And there is no capacity to add any more information which would give clarity.

Continued timely support
Based on how much I am paying to be represented by a Solicitor it is refreshing to have Jennifer who responds and actions emails in a timely manner and I feel more reassured my divorce will be resolved sooner rather than later.

Great family law firm
Friendly, open, honest advice. Explained the legal processes and always gave a considered and balanced opinion which kept our feet on the ground. Ultimately, we were successful in what was a tricky relocation application. I particularly liked the way cover was handled if our solicitor was away, so we always felt someone was handling our case thoroughly. We would have liked a little more transparency and communication about the costs as these were a lot more than originally estimated. Overall, we felt supported, felt our solicitor had our best interests at heart and we would recommend Stowe Family Law and Lucy Chandler to anyone.
