Good end result, but inefficient and expensive. Their processes are incredibly complicated, so when I did not understand all the letters I got and had to call to get it explained, that time was of course charged to my account. Similarly when I pointed out clear mistakes in their letters (obviously copy/paste from another case), they even charged me to correct their own mistakes. So I found some of the work quite unprofessional. But we got the end result we wanted even if it cost more than estimated.

Very helpful, exceptionally empathetic, kind as well as knowledgeable, swift to act and respond when needed.

I have worked with Lucy Chandler for 18 months she has supported me through 3 court cases and a really difficult time.

In short words my experience with Stowe was great. I was automatically drawn to the team's professionalism which is very important to me, especially dealing with such sensitive matters. No parent should ever have to go through what I did, sadly my situation is not unique or as bad as it could have been with the archaic and complicated Family Law system in the UK.
