I cannot thank Hannah Saunders enough for her hard work on my behalf. My billing system was split into my divorce and my financial agreement which was very simple to follow. Hannah was so empathetic and quick to respond. The Divorce team were also amazing and so efficient. Thank you so much.

Hannah represented me in a what, for me, was a complex post-divorce situation where I felt uncertain as to what to do; I was being exploited by my former partner and my situation was not understood by my family. Hannah's approach was calm and professional, she was reassuring but at the same time careful to avoid promising anything. She demonstrated a great deal of empathy and she clearly managed to parry, and then defeat, the claims made against me by another solicitor. The only, relatively minor, drawback to the process was the billing system: they had split my problem into 2 cases (child issues and divorce settlement) with 2 different budgets. I found this to be confusing, but Hannah intervened, explained everything well, and was able to resolve my concerns. I am incredibly grateful for Hannah's clarity and professional skill, and her approach has given me confidence to deal with my situation as I go forwards.

Stow family law . Legalised robbery . Costs more than double the estimate and three times that of the opposition. Not cost effective . Did not take the stress out of the divorce. Did not help the situation. Walk away .

Abigail and Hannah were great throughout my case. They were empathic and understanding and kept me fully informed, even when there were no updates they would let me know. Both were very responsive when I had questions.

We contacted Stowe Family Law initially for some advice. From there they were fully supportive in helping discuss our needs and what the options for our next steps were. We were able to discuss a variety of options and what they would mean and we were given time to assess them before selecting the best for us before moving on.
As we worked through different stages, communication was easy via email as it is what worked best for us, however there were times where phone/video calls were needed and the team always helped to work around times of our shifts as needed.
We initially worked with Victoria but then had our case moved over to Jennifer once Victoria had changed jobs, both of them were fantastic and I felt they both understood our case and our needs very well. Everything was very smooth throughout and I am so glad we were able to use this team to help with our aims.

My legal team dealing with the new coercive control law and the antiquated court process have been very knowledgeable in regards to the process and system currently in place. However the court process needs to change to be effective for this new law. Hopefully the circuit Judge appointed to my case can get me closure after 3 years being patient with the old process

I was in a very difficult position due to the failings of social services but with all of the help and advice I have received from Lucy and Kayleigh we have managed to secure the best possible outcome for my daughter who now lives with me full time. I would highly recommend against using this company for any legal issues. If you do, then Do Not proceed with Katy Jordan. She is more of a salesman than a lawyer. Highly unprofessional, information not shared between lawyers and barristers. Only responsive when asking for additional funds. Bundles not prepared for court hearings, barristers left chasing their tail due to inadequate preparation from lawyers. Crucial information not noted by lawyers. At one point I even had highly sensitive emails sent to me, intended for another client.

My solicitor was incredibly supportive and helpful during a really difficult time, and I felt heard and understood in a way I haven’t for a long time!

The firm was always professional and as a woman dealing with divorce the friendly personal way in which Katy handled each stage was appreciated.
Definitely use again due to the personal service and being able to discuss the important things without judgement.

Victoria was always honest and to the point which with my interesting case was what was needed

Victoria and Becka are an absolute dream team. They acted with extremely high professionalism and patience while showing empathy for my situation. They both made me feel at ease to have open and honest discussions to resolve a highly sensitive problem for me. I wouldn't hesitate to use Stowe again in the future as I was really happy with their service from start to finish.

Kept me up to date on case and explained process very clearly

Charged £400 fixed consultation and to supply a document outlining the facts of the case so I could defend myself. Was told that I would have document later that day or the earliest the day after. Phoned to say I hadn't received anything. Put on hold, then told I would get a callback. Still waiting for the call, and the document. Worst weeks wages I have ever spent. Appalling value for money and level of service.

Victoria Cannon is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!! I cannot recommend her enough.
I have been with Victoria for the majority of my divorce procedure, which has been a very difficult and stressful time. Victoria has been absolutely amazing and supportive throughout. She told me the whole procedure but then broke it down into smaller blocks to make it easier for me to deal with as the whole procedure has been exceptionally difficult for me to cope with, but Victoria has been there (if it wasn't for Victoria I would have given up a long time ago, as I wouldn't have known what to do or where to turn). If I had any questions/issues or I didn't understand what I had to do next, she was always there at the end of the phone or an email, to help me and never made me feel silly for not understanding what was expected of me. Very professional but so down to earth she made me feel at ease from the time that she took on my case, I was never made to feel inferior or spoken down to.
It has been a very long drawn out process because of the other side being difficult and uncooperative, but with the support from Victoria I have finally got the outcome that I was hoping for. All thanks to Victoria and her hard work.
If you want a solicitor who knows her job and will get your case sorted as fast as she possibly can, VICTORIA CANNON is your answer. I cannot fault her at all as I said in the beginning, she is AMAZING.

I was assigned a solicitor at the beginning, in what was an extremely stressful and confusing time, who supported me with my case from start to finish.

Some allegations had been made against me in respect to my former partner, and this needed to be resolved before I could see my child again.

My solicitor (LC) was compassionate to my situation and extremely diligent and proficient throughout her handling of my case.

She provided me with excellent counsel, and on occasion still managed to do this on extremely short notice.

The court process can take a long-time to reach fruition, but through Stowe and my counsel, they were able to exhibit that the allegations made against me were without foundation and baseless.

Significant inconsistencies, contradictions, distortions and untruths were all exposed during the court hearing, clearing me in the process.

I am now allowed to see my child, rightfully, without any restrictions.
