The communication and service I got was absolutely on point and was informed of all stages of the process right up to the final part.
I was informed of the cost estimate before committing which I found very good and made for no surprises.
I would highly recommend Stowe to act for you.
Penni-jo was very practical in all she said and followed what I wanted. She was very professional in the case.
Vicky was absolutely amazing, the care and comfort she provides within cases is absolutely mind blowing.
I’d rate higher than 5 stars if I could!!!

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mercedes King-Jones…
I cannot recommend Mercedes King-Jones highly enough. From the very first meeting, she was understanding, patient and genuinely empathetic, taking the time to listen without judgement while guiding me through what was an incredibly difficult period.
From having spoken with other lawyers initially, it struck me that what sets Mercedes apart is her ability to see the bigger picture. She understands not only the legal aspects of family matters but also the emotional and practical realities that clients face. She explains everything clearly, making complex issues easy to understand, and always ensures you feel informed and supported throughout the process.

I came to Mercedes with fear on where…
I came to Mercedes with fear on which was the right way to move forward with our business and my personal settlement and pending divorce.
Mercedes did not at any time clock watch and allowed me the opportunity that I needed to get everything discussed in a timely manner even though we had a set amount of time paid for. She listened and gave me great advice and told me things that I had not expected, good and bad, but in the end turned it around into a positive experience.

I used Stowe family law for my divorce…
I used Stowe family law for my divorce proceedings. Helen Hanson was the solicitor dealing with my case. I cannot praise Helen enough, she was empathetic, respectful of my concerns and feelings. Helen was always available whereby phone or email. I was never ever left waiting for a response. Using Stowe Family Law was the best decision I made when choosing a firm to act for me. Helen Hanson was amazing and one of the nicest people I’ve actually met in my lifetime. If you’re looking for professionalism along with friendly, true honest people, I strongly recommend you using Stowe Family Law. Simply the best!! Xx

The solicitor I had helping my case was…
The solicitor I had helping my case was absolutely amazing. Courtney Rooney took really great care of advising me and helping me with every bit of form needed to be completed properly. She made sure I had everything in place and always had my best interest at heart.
A lovely and compassionate person, who always fitted my appointments around my schedule.
The receptionists at the office in Cheltenham also very helpful and welcoming.
So overall a really good solicitors firm.
The only reason I am giving it a 4 star instead of 5 is because although my case was a very easy straight forward divorce case, I found the charges fees to be overly high. And I'm talking about thousands of pounds. So I struggled from that point of view.
But once started I didn't have the energy to shop around.
So yes, a good experience but overly expensive.
