Megan Brookfield
Megan assisted with my cohabitation, non molestation and child arrangements order. I found her to be very knowledgeable, a good communicator and very genuine in her approach - she is a credit to Stowe. In proceedings a Judge commended her bundle preparation and based on her advice in early proceedings I was able to get an interim order to maintain contact with my son which I will always be grateful for.

Professional Team with Good Values
Feel so lucky to have come across Stowe Family Law. They acted so professionally during my lengthy and very difficult divorce. I had a team of experts on hand to help me over the hurdles including court orders for non-compliance and specific incidents, and sourcing of valuators for overseas property. They were considerate of expenses by delegating to junior members of the team when appropriate, avoiding unnecessary meetings, and keeping phone calls to the point with options readily available for decisions.
A special team that stuck to their values as stated in the telephone answering message. Special thanks to Rebecca.

A difficult time made a little easier
Everyone I have interated with over the last few years have all been really helpful. The legal system is daunting and the team at Stowe have made a very difficult situation easier to handle. I always felt like I had the team at Stown in my corner and Lauren has been brilliant, explaning things in a way I could understand and sometimes offereing emotional support, which meant a lot. I had some advice from the senior partner Matthew, He was extremely knowledgeable around family law and that of cohabitating couples. The advice has allowed me to move forward with the issues I am experiencing. I would highly recommend using this practice for legal assistance.

Great Communication
My solicitor wrote strongly worded emails to my ex-husband's solicitor in my defence. I appreciated her direct and "no nonsense" approach which I felt was necessary for his behaviour. Also, she answered emails and phone calls promptly.

I would highly recommend Rebecca Finnigan from Stowe Family Law if you require excellent legal support for divorce and the related FDR process.

My experience with Stowe’s is nothing but positive.
My experience with Stowe’s is nothing but positive. I have been working with Matthew Taylor snd Kirsty McKenzie for two years and they have been totally professional yet managed to be my friends. I have gone through a range of emotions and they have always offered words of comfort, encouragement and reassurance. My husband is an extreme narcissist but they have provided an answer or solution to the hurdles put in my way. At a three day Final Hearing I was comprehensively cared for. I had 100% confidence in “my team”, they were amazing. Once this horrendous divorce is finally over I will be extremely sad that they will no longer be regulars in my life.

I've been under the care of megan and…
I've been under the care of megan and kirsty for the best part of 12months. Care being such a strong factor alongside absolute professionally guiding me through such a difficult time. They have a natural and patient way of making a bad experience feel better. Always get the feeling I'm talking to a wise big sister with my anxiousness and there's not a time when ive come out of a conversation not feeling reassured. A credit to your company 🙂

Matthew Taylor lawyer and his legal assistant Kirsty McKenzie at Stowe Family Law provide an exceptional legal service. Matthew's grasp of the law and legal issues is superb. He provides prompt, clear and accurate advice. You can hear the cogs turning as he considers your position and works to achieve the best possible outcome without sacrificing integrity or professionalism. He has an excellent legal assistant in Kirsty McKenzie. Both keep client care at the forefront and work at pace. Having used other family lawyers in the past I know how good the services these 2 provide are. I cannot recommend them highly enough - they are a tremendous asset to have on your side in a family dispute/litigation.
