Excellent support and guidance throughout

Nhu has looked after my case extremely well since taking it over. From the outset she has been clear, calm and very child‑focused, and she has a real ability to cut through unnecessary noise and get to the heart of the issue. Her letters are precise, well‑judged and strike exactly the right tone. I’ve felt supported and in capable hands throughout, and I would confidently recommend her.
