Child arrangements
Kate and her team listened to my unusual situation without judgement. They advised on how I should proceed. I was prepared for the worst but ended up with a brilliant outcome. Couldn't be happier. Would use them again but hopefully won't have to.

Amazing, friendly and reassuring in all aspects
I am currently still in the process of my divorce and financial settlements which has been emotional, stressful and challenging.

Cannot fault the service I received from my Solicitor Susannah Hawker through the process of my divorce.

Excellent service
I met with Liz Hughes, she was friendly, polite, attentive, thorough and caring. She took me through the divorce process in a very comprehensive and comprehensible way, explaining all options clearly. She brought her expertise and experience to bear in explaining things I had misguided ideas about without ever making me feel stupid. Rather, she made me fully appreciate the seriousness of my situation and the process my parting ways with my wife would have to take. She answered all my questions and was assiduous in her questioning of me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Liz’s excellent service.

Empathetic and professional support
Kate Anderson and team at Stowe are a fantastic support through a complex situation involving mental illness and capacity issues, children’s interests, unclear finances and a great deal of uncertainty. Kate is unfailingly empathetic and patient with our situation, seeking a fair outcome for all and being very pragmatic with her advice.
I also appreciate the transparent charging structure - whilst we are not through to the most intensive stage of the process yet, it is good to know what the cost is likely to be.

Upon approaching Stowe Family Law…
Upon approaching Stowe Family Law looking for help, I was appointed susannah hawker as my solicitor. Susannah was very polite, respectful and friendly. Susannah done a great job for me dealing with my legal case and unfortunately things didn't work out to well for myself and my daughter, but Susannah remained professional whilst I was getting frustrated with the legal system.
I would highly recommend Susannah as a solicitor to help you with family matters. Susannah gave me very professional advice and operated well within the legal system.
Negatives: Stowe Family Law did seem to want funds on account abit to regular in my opinion and I would of expected a little more for my money.
Family courts still very much favour a mothers best interests rather than a child's best interests unfortunately.

Great service
Abi paid great attention to detail to my case, which at times felt never ending for all of us. She was patient and explained everything to me, was supportive throughout the payments without putting additional payment pressure on me, and was very clear and concise with her responses to my ex partner. I would highly recommend the company and in particular Abi.

Spoke to Vikki at the Portsmouth…
Spoke to Vikki at the Portsmouth branch, she was extremely helpful and kind, during our telephone conversation. Gave me advice and offered support, unfortunately as they aren’t able to offer legal aid, I couldn’t use them, due to the expense, but would certainly recommend them, as a caring and helpful company. Only wish I was rich enough.

Would like to give a 5 star review to my solicitor Susannah Hawker (Southampton) office. Very professional and was absolutely amazing throughout my case with child law.
Was always quick to respond to all communications, and was very thorough throughout the entirety of my case.
I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a great solicitor that was able to give me clear and professional advice throughout the proceedings.
I have rated the overall experience 4/5 stars given that I did feel throughout my case, that at some stages it was very over priced, and there did seem to be a frequent request of additional funds which at times did feel excessive.
