From the initial contact with Florence Ashcroft-Lane at an incredibly emotional and challenging time, I felt heard and understood and respected. As things have progressed Florence has introduced me to both Charlotte Hallam and Megan Rumbold who are assisting in everyway possible with my case. The team are incredibly professional at all times but have also offered me support and kindness whilst I have been struggling. Nothing has been too much for them when I have asked for help and guidance . Florence and the team make me feel completely heard and safe and I feel and know that they are acting in my best interest at all times. Its been a rollercoaster and there's still a way to go but I believe Florence, Charlotte and Megan are the best team I could have. Really appreciate their time and kindness to date.

A great meeting with Imrana
