Excellent customer service from Stratco. This included being able to view the Umbra shed at the Dandenong store prior to purchase. Once purchased there was excellent communication, delivery was on time and we grately appreciated the skilled installation. The installation team are diligent and professional. Also - very grateful for the quick (and kind) follow-up when I misinterpreted the door closing instructions. We highly recommend purchasing from Stratco- Vic - Dandenong team.

Put up a review. Got a "cut and paste" reply like ever other negative review on here. Sent an email and l still haven't got a reply. Absolutely disgusting customer service and after sales service! Do something to resolve your issues.

I looked through stratco’s brochure went on line (easy site to use) placed my order on the product I wanted and had it on my door step within 4days GREAT EXPERIENCE and so simple I had it put together and in place within 5 days off ordering

I visited the Dandenong store and spoke to David, who showed me some roofing options. He agreed to send me a quote via email for two specific jobs. About a week later, I only received a quote for one job lot. I visited the store a second time and asked if he would send me the outstanding quote, to which he agreed he would. I never received the quote, and I will not be visiting the store for a third time. This level of service is consistent with prior experiences of requesting quotes online. What a shame. I would not like to be the store owner with this style of customer neglect costing me business.

We were assisted with out needs at Doveton and the sales team were very helpful with our concerns. When the kit arrived they were quick to assist when we had questions about the kit.

The Guys at the dandenong Branch were very helpful with my click and collect , even loading the product in to my car.

I recently had a terrible experience with Stratco when I purchased a garden shed (order number 564584). After the initial disappointment of them not being able to locate my shed when I went to pick it up from their Dandenong branch, I finally received a shed from a return order from another customer, only to find out that it was damaged.

Upon opening the shed a week later for installation, I discovered that all four side sheets were bent on the upper stops, and two upper corners beams on the front and back were also bent. This was unacceptable, and I was unable to claim it again as my firewood had already gotten wet due to the delays caused by Stratco's incompetence.

It is incredibly frustrating to receive such poor service not just once, but twice in the same order. The lack of quality control and attention to detail is appalling. It seems like Stratco doesn't care about the satisfaction of their customers or the condition of their products.

I have lost all confidence in Stratco as a reliable shed provider and would never recommend them to anyone. Instead, I would advise others to consider companies like Easy Shed for their garden shed needs. Stratco needs to seriously improve their service, quality control, and customer care if they want to retain customers and avoid similar disappointments in the future. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and quality of product I received from Stratco.

Excellent service from Shane at Stratco Doveton

I recently purchased a garden shed from Stratco (order number 564584) and was incredibly disappointed with the service I received. I received a notification that my order was ready for pickup, so I made the 45-minute drive from Doncaster to their Dandenong branch, only to be told that they could not locate my shed.

The staff offered no help or alternative options, leaving me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a customer. As a solution, I would have appreciated if they offered me alternative color options or a similar-sized shed. However, they only gave me the option to wait six weeks or cancel my order.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the customer service I received and to urge Stratco to improve their service going forward. As a paying customer, I believe that I deserve better treatment and service. I hope that Stratco will take notice of this review and take the necessary steps to ensure that other customers do not experience the same frustration and disappointment that I did.

Excellent service from my delivery driver Sam today he was very polite, helpful and came on time! Extremely happy with our service.

Shaun and the team at Stratco in Dandenomg have been such a big help. I needed help with choosing what to cover my back deck with and they gave my great advice and it looks amazing! At the same time whilst i was there i thought i really need a shed too but didnt have a lot of time to work it out and they made the process quick and easy. They have been pretty patient too as i then realized i had to organize a concrete slab and took time but while waiting they have organized a lock for me too. Thanks heaps guys!

Deliver and service A1. My order for my side fence, was delivered from Stratco on time, they let me know before they were arriving, the driver Sam left the load where I had requested on the order, well covered and packed, product arrived in good condition.
Australian made, Aussie steel- Great service and delivery, I would be happy to buy of Stratco again.

Really happy with my purchase and the delivery only a couple of days.

I purchased through the website and did click n collect for the first time, it was really easy, I went to the store a couple of days later and my item was there and the staff member carried it to the car for me. Great Service and quick and easy - just what I wanted for my xmas purchase.

Hassle free ordering and delivery was made in 2 days. Cannot fault the service and I would recommend Stratco to family and friends. Great work all!

Placed order early in the morning, 3 hours later had still not heard or received correspondence to say anything about order. Called up and order was processed immediately. Pick up experience was ok
Small parts missing had to go back to pick up. Otherwise service ok
I wouldn’t brag about it as it’s the least one could expect.
