Scott was an absolute gun. Could not have asked for better service. Deserves a bonus!

Staff at Deer Park we knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely heading back there because of the range, prices and the staff.

After a very negative experience with the preferred Stratco installer who installed a side access gate that was incorrectly measured and poorly installed, I would like to personally thank Lucas O'neill for his prompt response to our recent review. Not only was he proactive on the situation, but, took ownership and quickly opened lines of communication with me and attended the property at the earliest available time. After inspection of the work done he committed to a response and delivered. He offered full replacement of the product and engaged installers Peter and Cameron who completed the job yesterday with 100% satisfaction.

How good is Steve (Stratco driver)? Setting up garage multiple Stratco workbenches, shelving, cabinets.
Steve calls me to let me know he had of delivery items and would make the delivery with the next 30 minutes, on arrival the pallet of purchases placed just where I needed.

Still awaiting my refund. Have not received items when I complaint the young lady told me she would pass it on to management. I wanted a refund because I have not received all my items which I paid for. I will have to get mydeals to investigate and do a open complaints with PayPal so I could receive the full reimbursement into my account. Because of poor customer service and management, unsatisfactory service from this department, I have told many people to not buy from here again.

Called into store to look at products and get some ideas, Spoke with Scott and got so much more than I had expected. He spent time with me going over plans and offering suggestions, he provided a quote but was definitely not pushy. He was so helpful that we have decided to purchase all products from the store instead of shopping around for different suppliers.
Cannot recommend them highly enough...

I visited the Deer Park store and spoke to Kenny who was extremely helpful. He put me on to George who came out to my house and talked me through my options and gave some great advice. Thanks for the great customer service.

Wish l was told to save my $11500 and choose a different subcontractors (Werribee)and company we have worked every day to fix the dreadful job that was called fencing head office eventually came to have a look but gave no solution and no help if l had my time over l would get a better company to sucure my property Straco are a joke at my expense l will never recommend them as a business or the subcontractors Jimmy

Ordered product from Stratco, which was available from many other suppliers. However, knowing the Stratco name I new product supply would be reliable and competitively priced.
It arrived next day after ordering, well done Stratco.

Today I spoke with Pole Burrows about patio pergola, very happy with answers on all my questions. Very efficient with my quote. High recommendations!!!

Original purchase was the red workshop unit via Kenny, delivery driver excellent, unit met expectations and has been great, want to fit a vice but reluctant to drill the unit and ruin finish. Went back to buy storage racks, also bought shed. Scott earnt his pay, cant fault the service. No issues and will go back again.

Walked in with my invoice for a click and collect, was directed to sign the cover-19 book and sanitise my hands, good start. The gentleman fetched my goods and I was out in 7 mins, thank you.

I ordered and paid for two rolls of garage matting via click & collect. On arrival I was informed only one roll was available but the store manager would sort it out and get me the other roll. After at least eight phone calls and 9 weeks later I have given up waiting and have requested a refund .

Great service. Made sure that my products were available before I went to store and had then ready when I arrived. Couldn't be more helpful or friendly.

The reason for 4 is that the storage rack I purchased recently from you was basically ok however the instruction sheet was not very well detailed.
The connecting brackets was the main issue as the diagramme showed them on the outside and spent too much time trying to line up the tabs, Finally realised they had to be on the inside.
Still a bit flimsey once completed.
Would buy another one.
The Bunning ones are secured with screws.
