Fence sheeting and rails great service
Ordered fence sheeting and rails over the phone. Phone staff were super helpful. Decided to pick up the rails separately from Gepps Cross before picking up the sheeting. No problem. Edward who served me even knew about the pickup and cut the rails to fit in my car. Even carried it to my car. Now that's great service.

Replacement cabinet promised but not delivered
Rang 01.04.2026 regarding a problem we are having with the Stratco 2 door titanium cabinet and was requested by the Stratco Customer Service Officer to support this phone call by email and to attach photos, which was provided the same day.
Email received from Stratco Customer Centre Service Officer on 17.04.2026:
âI do apologise that it has taken so long to get back to you, they do have 2 in stock at the Bunbury store we can have this delivered to youâŠ
⊠I will organise for the new cabinet to be sent out to you.â
Email received from the same Stratco Customer Centre Service Officer on 29.04.2026:
âI have reached out to the store to get this sorted as quickly as possible, I apologise this has taken so long to get sorted but we are having the team work on it and to contact you with confirmation of the deliveryâ.
Rang the Stratco Customer Service Centre and left a message, 01.05.2026, for the Bunbury Store to contact me regarding the delivery and no-one has returned my call.
I have emails stating Stratcoâs willingness to replace the faulty cabinet and we would appreciate if the Bunbury WA store would arrange for a replacement cabinet to be delivered.
