Media items undergo inspection to ensure they are suitable for sale, and it seems this may have been missed here, for which I would like to apologise.

While we strive to ensure that all items are accurately listed and sold, we can never negate the factor of human error. This is not the type of experience we would like our customers to have and be assured, feedback has been shared with the store management for procedural assessment.

Should there be any discrepancies raised, we advise customers to return the item so it can be checked by our team, and a resolution can be offered as per our online returns policy.

We received your email as well about this order, and I see my colleague has outlined the detailed information on returns. You can either post it using our prepaid shipping label or you can take it to your nearest CeX store.

Hi Callum,

Thank you for your review.

I understand your point and as per our shipping policy, a $4.00 delivery charge applies to each individual item priced at less than $50.00. This means that if the order contains multiple items below $50.00, each of those items will incur a separate $4.00 delivery charge.

Items priced at $50.00 or more qualify for free delivery, so no delivery charge will be applied to those specific items.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that the Meta Quest 3 developed a fault after only a week of use. I understand how disappointing this must have been.

It doesn't appear that you've contacted our Customer Support team regarding your concerns about the condition of the item and your suggestions for our testing process. We would appreciate the opportunity to look into this further.

With regard to the price difference between the two Meta Quest 3 headsets, this may be due to factors such as the grading and also for same make and model with same grade the price can change anytime accordingly to market trends.
