Nuestro odontoólogo iba a poner a mi mujer implantes de zirconio straumann.
Necesitó un injerto de hueso que se realizó en la misma clínica.
Después de esperar un año y medio desde el injerto y viendo que no se ponían en contacto con nosotros decidimos llamar nosotros.
Cual fue nuestra sorpresa cuando nos dice que los implantes de zirconio se parten y que han dejado de fabricarlos.
No comunicamos con straumann y directamente nos colgaron el teléfono con la excusa de que no atienden a clientes. Pésimo servicio de atención a cliente.

Dreadful customer support. Having invested in Straumann implants twenty years ago they now refuse to provide historical analogues to enable further remedial work to be completed. So much for customer service and historical loyalty !

Originally €4200 for 28 crowns agreed. PRIOR X-RAYS – roots clean! After extraction crowns deliberately broken → suddenly "9 root canals needed +€1780 or no crowns!" → Sent home toothless & blackmailed! 😡
After ONLY 11 months: 3 crowns failed (bridge 46-x-44 + 36). Warranty denied!

The service from Straumann Netherlands is absolutely ridiculous. During the sales process, they promise you everything — support, knowledge, guidance — but the moment you’ve paid and received everything, they completely disappear. When it really matters, you’re left on your own.

You call with questions, and no one seems to know anything. Everyone just passes you along, no one takes responsibility, and in the end, you get nowhere. For a company of this size, it’s truly shameful how poor their communication and aftercare are.

Straumann presents itself as a professional organization, but in reality, it feels like nobody knows what they’re doing. You don’t just buy a product — you buy a heap of frustration along with it.

I expected much more from a brand that calls itself a market leader. Pure disappointment.

The company promotes human values, but the reality is very different. This month, they laid off around twenty people after several years of service, in an inhumane manner. Straumann Montreal prohibited these employees from saying goodbye to their colleagues, and they were treated like criminals, without even being allowed to collect their personal belongings like shoes or t-shirts. This clearly highlights the gap between their nice facade and the reality.
I’ll let you imagine how they treat their clients.

I had two teeth implants that snapped off, they cost me quite a bit of money, these implants were supposed to be made of Titanium but they obviously were not, Straumann have admitted liability of a inferior manufacture, but as of 6 months they have not settled anything with my Dentist who has written numerous e-mails, this company do not seem to be a trustworthy company

Es que nadie me pude decir si la clínica me quería robar 300€ por implante con una garantía inventada por ponerme los implantes Straumann.
