I have ordered multiple plugs, a stretching kit, and oil. Everything is top quality. Their customer to shop relationship is fantastic. I am in the US, when I had a question, they are in the UK, it was never a long wait and answers were clear. Shipping came quickly, average about 3-4 days. Stretcht it is quickly becoming my only jewelry shop. On top of all this, their online community is like a family.

Love this place! I’ve gotten a weight set to gauge up my ears and it’s been the best, least painful, and easiest way I’ve tried. They are kinda hard to get clean in the edges, but other than that they are wonderful!

Awesome company for making us products up of 12mm to strech 0.5mm at a time! Been waiting for a company to do this for a long time 😅 They provide excellent clientcare. Something went wrong with PostNL and customs so i waited and waited on the Dutch postNL to sort out the return but they just sent me my order again against no extra costs! Really lovely!
