My husband who has Parkinson’s recently broke his hip and was unable to weight bear for 6 weeks. He was already having physio with the Rehab Practice but when he was housebound they visited twice weekly. The physios’ expertise was outstanding- they were encouraging supportive and professional and their knowledge and experience was outstanding at every stage. The admin team were also extremely helpful in helping us to access the service effectively. Communication from the whole team was excellent. There is no doubt that without their expertise his fast recovery would not have been possible. We are hugely grateful.

I have nothing but praise for the service I have received during my hydrotherapy sessions with Vanya & previously with Sara. I have felt safe, supported, encouraged & motivated throughout my sessions. Under Vanya’s direction in the pool, I have been able to take my first steps after being paralysed for several months. These few steps felt remarkable & I’ve been able to build on them to walk further in the pool & to now start taking supported steps on land. I am extremely grateful to be under the care of the practice.

My husband has a major stroke in the summer of 2023 and spent 6 months in hospital. A year on and the incredible progress he has made since coming home would not have happened without the support he has received from the Rehab Practice. They have been wonderful in all areas of his recovery. Not only do the offer a high standard of physical rehab, they also support the whole family with a love and kindness that comes pouring forth from the moment you arrive. We cannot thank them enough!

Wonderful care. My wife could not walk when she started her treatment. Now she walks 2000 steps a day. Just so good.

Efficient from the start to the end. Prompt replies to emails and phone calls, thank you Zani. Nothing is too much trouble. There is a real sense of care and knowing you as an individual. Welcoming, positive atmosphere from the moment you walk through the door which makes you want to attend your session and complete your physio. So far, I have completed individual sessions Kendal very good, and group sessions with Vicki, who is so knowledgeable, and adapts exercises for you within the group. You basically feel like you are gaining a one-to-one with the group positivity. Highly recommend.

Great personalised care (special shout out to Kendal), working towards getting me back to doing the sports I'd previously enjoyed. The whole team is so friendly, welcoming and supportive. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic. My husband had a stroke at the age of 61. Richard and his whole team have worked really hard with him and produced fantastic results. They are an inspiration on the road to recovery

When my NHS treatment came to an end I was walking but not far or well. I knew I could do so much better. The help I've had from Vicki (and, while she was giving birth, Sarah) is enabling me to realise that potential fully. They are both hugely knowledgeable as well as sympathetic and responsive. And really nice people.

More than just physio.

I've been seeing therapists at the rehab practice for years and have since exceeded all expectations for my recovery, physically as well as mentally. The staff are great at not just being therapists for me, but friends.

My wife couldnt get out of bed herself a few months ago having had a life changing stroke. She can now walk 200 metres all down to the wonderful help she has received from Caroline and Richard at the Practice. They have been just wonderful and we are beginning to get our lives back. Thank you so much.
