My second Mazda purchased here, a new one this time. The financial saving on the pre registered CX 30 was outstanding. Oliver and the other staff members who helped me through the process were faultless. Always a hassle free straightforward sevice from Struans with great communication. Can not recommend highly enough. Thanks all.

Brilliant car dealer! We went searching for a Subaru EV online after our aged Outback suffered a catastrophic mechanical failure. Richie and the team at Struans were immensely helpful with the Solterra they had on offer.
Handled all the details and provided all information we needed for a remote purchase. They even delivered the car to us in Aberdeenshire free of charge!

Great service from the team at Struans. I initially enquired online regarding a car and received a prompt call from one of the team to deal with this.

A test drive was arranged for a few days later with Josh. On the day, Josh was excellent, clearly explaining everything I needed / wanted to know about the car. He also spoke me through my options clearly, with no hard selling, it felt like a genuine conversation.

Car was picked up a few days later. Would definitely use Struans again and would have no doubt recommending them to anyone considering a new car.

Purchasing my Mazda from Struans in Perth was the least stressful with zero pressure that you might get from most car dealers. They simply let the car sell itself Everything was explained simply and thoroughly. Highly recommend them

At my 5 year service, wet belt seriously cracking and failing width test, despite car serviced from new at Struans. At 42900 miles. I asked service manager to ask if Peugeot could help, even advice. Only after emailing general manager because requests for service manager to call me were ignored, even though general manager asked him to, it took 19 days for him to phone me. By this time I had had to make my own arrangements with another garage, who were only too happy to accept my business. Struans had been fine up until this point, but I refuse to have to keep chasing for a response. Trust has gone, unfortunately I won’t return.

My son bought a car from Struans Perth 6 months ago and 7 weeks ago the gearbox failed.
Initially they denied responsibility but eventually reluctantly agreed to replace the box. It was 4 weeks before they gave him a loan car and communication from the service dept and sales has been shocking.
I commented on their Facebook page twice to try to chase things on, but any negative posts appear to just be deleted.
This company has gone from my go to garage to recommend to a place I will never frequent again.

My experience with Struans has been very positive. I was feeling overwhelmed by the thought of having to buy a car for the first time in my life, but both the Perth and the Dundee branches helped me through it.

Can I share with everyone the experience I have just been through with a motorhome I bought last week from Strauns?
First trip out this weekend and in the morning there were no lights to the dash. It was a Sunday btw. I rang breakdown but they could not jump or start the van. I rang David at Struans to explain. He suggested we get towed to their forecourt to allow their engineers to diagnose the issue. We stayed the night in their car park, and was given an EHU hook up for the night, which was fantastic. At 7am Monday morning Derek the engineer was at hand to investigate. After hours of checking and twiddling we found that the previous conversion company had wired a few things incorrectly, which made the van lock out everything. But now the van is purring like a kitten. I cannot thank David, Derek and their team enough for the effort and care given to me whilst in a major pickle. If I could give a 6 star rating rather than the maximum 5 star allowed I would do so.
My faith in humanity in now restored. 😀
