Thanks Struans Perth. What a great new car we bought! . Thanks to Oliver B (Struans Perth Mazda) and a big thanks to Craig S (Struans Perth) for a fantastic deal, two, first class, friendly, great guys . They went above and beyond in their helpfulness and care for the customer buying a car ,tailored to their needs. They make buying a car ,friendly and stress free. I would recommend Struans first and foremost . Thanks Struans Perth.

My wife and I recently purchased a used touring caravan from struans Perth from our initial viewing right through to collecting our caravan the service was second to none Janet the sales woman was amazing.we did have a slight problem on our first night away as the jocky wheel broke after a phone call to janey someone came to our rescue none other than Struan the owner and he soon had us sorted many thanks your service is fab we will have no hesitation in recommending struans in the future and will certainly be back Thank you all at Struans.

All I can say is, first class. Our salesman, Oliver made the whole buying experience so easy. His communications were very clear and kept us up to date, every step of the way. No pressure whatsoever and advised us which model would suit our needs. We were introduced to the very friendly service department. They fully explained to me the full service requirements of our new car in great detail. Informed me of the current service costs and how to keep track of the service interval, via the My Mazda mobile App. Email and text reminders were also offered.

Regarding the handover. Calum sorted this. After buying brand new cars for the past thirty years, never once, have I received such a detailed overview of a new vehicle. Every control, button and feature was explained.

All in all, a fantastic buying experience. Thank you, to all the people involved at Struans for your service, assistance and outstanding customer service. The car was presented beautifully, my wife and I are truly delighted ☺️

Having bought a Skoda Yeti from Struans,Linda and I found that everything was perfect from start to finish.The salesman Richie was not only able to answer all our questions but was also extremely friendly and we just felt at ease and confident about buying the car which turned out to be just what we wanted. Rented a Luton van with tail lift last weekend. Inside of windscreen was dirty like it had been washed with dirty water, tail lift was sticking on one side and the metal runners for clipping tie straps was off both sides and were on the floor. Told the gent on return and was promised a phone call on the Monday - never happened. Disappointing service and poor quality as I wanted to support a local company. I need similar vehicle next month but will use another company.

Excellent customer service, nothing is too much trouble.

Oliver Baker looked after us extremely well when we went to enquire about a car through the Motobility Scheme. He was attentive, helpful, knowledgeable about both the scheme and the actual car and kept intouch throughout. We did take the car, it was a different transmission to what we were used to but Oliver put our minds to rest with that.
The aftercare for the car with regards to services, help, MOTs, insurance etc is second to none.
Very very happy customers.

Everything was relaxed. No pressure selling. Given the keys and left to look around the CX5 that i purchased. The salesman Steven was nearby to answer any questions. The sale was concluded easily.

Excellent service from Robyn, who truly seemed to care about our experience. Due to the current difficulties the motor trade is experiencing, our new car delivery took much longer than anticipated, but Robyn did her best to keep us informed and chase things up. SInce taking delivery of the car, I have had reassuring communication from Robyn, with the offer of being able to go back for more help dealing with the rather compllicated technology!

My car was booked in for an MOT and service for 8:30 today, I unfortunately got held up in traffic and didn't get there until around 9:10, I explained why I was late the woman behind the counter said your appointment was for 8:15 for which I replied saying it was 8:30 and I got a text the day before telling me this. I then asked how long it would take to get the car back, she said it will be 5 o'clock and because I'm not from the area I said what am I supposed to do until 5 o'clock? she said “I can cancel your appointment?” I said, cancel? why? I've taken a days holiday for this, she then said “I can order you a taxi to the city centre” I really can't understand why she thought I'd want to go there. I did accept the appointment and went over to the near by Tesco and had a coffee then went and sat in the Peugeot reception from 12 o'clock to 4:30 I really do think it was a terrible way to treat someone, every other person that came in to book an appointment were offered times between 8:30- 13:00 or 13:00 - 17:00 so I was not booked in for 08:15. I overheard other people thanking the receptionist as they brought the car in late because of traffic and they all got their car back within a reasonable time frame, and not once did anyone come over and even ask if I would like a coffee. So be warned If you choose to use this garage DO NOT BE LATE

This is the fourth car I have got from Struan. They have always been excellent to deal with, maybe a tad dearer than some, but you get what you pay for and more. I trust them and the services they use. If there are any problems, you can rest assured that you will have their full attention.
