Ordered a watch band and didn’t receive a tracking number and no product ever shipped. Wrote them through their website and no response. Emailing them resulted in getting kicked back. Phone number is disconnected. TOTAL SCAM!!!

PLEASE DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY! SCAM SCAM SCAM! I always do my reasearch before buying of an online store and for not doing that this time, I got screwed over

I ordered 3 pair of jeans for $75 Which for supposed to be delivered on December 10th. Have tried repeatedly to reach this company and all I get is a "Undeliverable" Message or "Were working on it."

I would NEVER trust this company!!!!!

Ordered an item. Box and instructions were in Chinese. Illegal.... ZenDesk replied but could not write a message within their specs (above the line). Regular reply to their email came back by mailer demon. 800# disconnects. Never got my instructions. TOTAL SCAM

Scam! What goes around will come around for them. They took 50$ from me when I ordered a floaty for my 8 month old.

What a joke! I ordered a watch for my son and never received it. I continue to get emails telling me my money has been charged back in 3 to 5 days. It’s been a month! DO NOT SHOP THIS PLACE! THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL LIES AND NO ACTION. THE PHONE NUMBER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED AND ALONG WITH FACEBOOK ACCOUNT, EMAIL ADDRESS IS NO GOOD. If I could leave less than 0 stars, I would!

horrible. the product never arrived and they provide me with the tracking number and the tracking number it expired. they stole my money. do not shop in this company. it totally and scam is a fraud. they will still your money just like they did to me

Product never arrives, costumer service seems to be an operator because keeps repeating itself when they send you emails about your product that never arrives. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Took 2 months to get a damaged product. Now they just wont respond to correct the problem. I asked for a refund before it ever shipped which they would not do. Horrible product. Horrible customer service. Horrible horrible response times. Just plain horrible!!!!

Ordered two desks on May 5. First one delivered July 11 and I paid extra for expedited shipping. Second one July 23. Customer service messages were boilerplate. No refund for expedited shipping.

Do not buy from this company. They have the worst customer service and are scammers. Bought an item from them that arrived damaged. After one month of having to go through the credit company to dispute - because this company will not honor their own policies - they then asked me to ship the item back to them in order to receive a refund and told me to ship it back to an address in Romania! Whereas the item itself was shipped to me from Oregon; This is an outright scam! They do not stand behind their own products. Buyer beware!!! Do not buy from them.

Complete garbage. I recommend you do not waste your time. Ordered 5/10/20, received 7/1/20. Quality is incredibly poor. You are not saving any money here. They will respond to inquiries but not with any helpful information, just the typical “its the shipping company issue”. Ordered a table top desk, it went straight in the trash.

Scam company! Took 7 weeks for pillow to arrive. Sent from China. Inferior quality and not as described. Absolutely the worst customer service. They do not honor return policy. Company exists to steal credit card info - I have fraudulent activity on CC since Purchase. Have dispute escalated with PayPal. I have reported this e retailer as a scam business.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I’m still waiting on a mask I ordered in April! ... it’s June! When I ask for tracking information or updates, they send me some tracking number that has NO INFORMATION ATTACHED TO IT!!! When I ask for a refund, I get the run around! Worst company ever!

This place is HORRIBLE!! I placed my order in late March and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER!To make matters worse, I get ridiculous random emails asking if I liked my product and offering discount codes. I wouldn't order anything else from this company if they had the only bottle of water left. I'd boil water from the river, as it'd probably be safer. And, the river is probably where they would have gotten the water. At this point, I'm thinking I just threw away $50 and some change, but whatever. Do yourself a favor, DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could sue them over my darn $50 I would, but I assume it would cost more. Stick with Amazon! It may be an evil company, but at least you can count on them to deliver what you pay for.

I ordered a standing desk in late April and still have not received it. The customer service rep tells me it’s on its way..... I wish I had looked for reviews before wasting my money.

Ordered a Crepe Maker from them it was on sale 1/2 off for $39.99 and free shipping. Today, I get an e-mail saying the are crediting my Card back the $39.99. No explanation! So, I go on the site, thinking it would say why or that they were sold out. NOT THE CASE at all. It’s on there for $109.99 half off $54.99. I‘d call it price gouging, greed and bad business practice. DO NOT PURCHASE from this place.

I've been waiting over a month for a steering wheel cover I purchased. When I reached out about the tracking info, they emailed me saying that there are delays due to a Chinese New Year and that my item is still "in production". A huge waste of time waiting for a product that will never come and waste of money I doubt I'll be getting back. Beware: Do not purchase anything from this site!!!

STRUCTUREDSHOP is a Complete Waste of time and money. I've been waiting for 2 items ordered before X'Mas over 30 days now. They keep sending me emails saying items have been shipped with No Tracking or Fake Tracking Info. You can't get anybody to call you regarding your order either...just email reply. I will never order from these Falsters ever again. They should not be allowed to do business in the U.S. period. You better bet if I was shipping items to China and were receiving Bad Reviews, I would be shut down quick fast n in a hurry!
