Ordered a pair of RM Williams boots which arrived in the USA, as described, and on my feet within 72 hours. Wonderful shopping experience, seamless transaction, good selection and competitive pricing, and appreciate being able to shop in US dollars (i.e., no currency conversion or other fees, etc.). I would not hesitate to buy from again; highly recommended.

Worst customer experience and service I've had in years, can NOT recommend!
I wish this was only about the non-sufficient or customer-unfriendly information concerning taxes or customs.
A pair of jeans stretched way more than usual after first washing - and I can say this with total confidence, because there was another pair of jeans from the same delivery, same size and same model with it in the washing mashine. While one pair stretched a little as expected, the other pair stretched three times as much and are now "baggy pants". Customer service blames it on the washing, altho the other pair was washed simultaneously and did not lo(o)se fit.
I am now left with high-price product I cannot use and a customer service that is unable or unwilling to take responsibility.
Literally worst customer service experience in the last couple of years.

Great all round service. Ordered a couple of jackets separately and got free next day delivery on both. Items arrived nicely packaged. Returned one jacket with no hassle, quick turnaround processing the refund. Can't fault them and will definitely use them again.

Where do I start?
This company I would NEVER EVER, recommend, in fact I would tell people to stay clear. This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with in the 40 years of me buying in stores/online. SHOCKING in fact.
Started buying from this company on Tuesday 14th September 2021.
First order would not go through by using neither PayPal nor Amazon, rejected payment. Called them and they took payment. Order came fine, but the jeans were extremely too small.
Called them and I had to buy another pair a size up, as they would not send out another size up till they got the others back. Sent them back they gave me FREE returns as I would expect.
They refunded me once they got the jeans back.
This is where everything started to go wrong and I mean wrong. Purchased 2 Armani T-Shirts one XL and 1 XXL, the reason for this, was to make sure when they came out at least I would have 1 that would actually fit. When I called them to get a FREE returns label, it was a nightmare.
They eventually sent me the FREE returns label to send the T-shirt back. But when it comes to refunded me they took £3.95 off the refund, for the postage costs? How dare they. When I pointed this out to them, this is where the customer service went right out the window, the girl started to read me the riot act about terms and conditions and forwarded them to me via email.
I then stated look get me the refund back to my card for this £3.95 before a raise a dispute with my credit card company. She spoke to a so called manager, and stated as a goodwill they would refund me the £3.95 LOL how dare they.
At this point, I said tell you what, have my account closed and I will never purchase another item from you in my lifetime, and I hope that for the future, that you don’t treat customers like this.

Excellent customer support and service from Stuartslondon after having to exchange a pair of boots that didn't quite fit properly. Will both recommend and shop with them again.

purchased an item only to find a day after that the order was canceled due to item unavaiability.
i think in this day and age a website that is not connected to the actuall inventory does not need to be online...
the only pro is that the notification that the item is not found was fast (a day later)

Having read the reviews on here, I checked several times that it was the Stuarts of London I have purchased from a number of times. Of those times I have a had two small errors with listing description. Both times they have been dealt with, and Stuart’s have paid postage. The second time an error in their listing had the price for a polo shirt mixed with a crew neck. I ordered a polo and got the crew neck. When emailed, they apologised paid postage and replaced with polo for t-shirt price. I cannot fault there communication.
Comments below on being forced to pay with pay pal🤔 I always use my credit card.
Comments on selling fake product, come on, a reputable business would be shut down in no time.

I purchased a wireless phone charger on sale. Shipping to Australia was really fast, but unfortunately when I opened it up, it was broken. It was quite a fragile product, so I'd say it was just damaged during shipping. I emailed them with a photo to see whether they could do anything for a refund / store credit etc. They replied the next day, apologized, and processed a refund straight away.

I tryied to pay with PayPay but it does not work. Also paying with Amazon does not work. I stayed more than 1h on the Web-Site to try to pay but it does not work.

The jacket I‘d like to buy is not available in other stores. Only in Stuarts London. Too bad!!!

Bought Paraboots, arrived within a 1 hour, pre-notified slot. Quick friendly, advice beforehand re size & polish etc. Good service, great shoes.

I was a bit apprehensive but received top quality service. The shoes were with me the following day (FREE next day delivery) and they're faultless.

I have to say I was sceptical ordering from Stuart London due to some of the reviews I read.. however, after a brief conversation with their customer service team I went ahead and made a purchase.

I am delighted to announce that they provided me with a faultess service!

They are professional, responsive and polite to deal with. I could not beat the price of the item I purchased online and it arrived beautifully packaged within one day of payment, after multiple updates were given via email and text notifying me when the item will arrive.

In my opinion this company is way better then most out there! I 100% recommend.

I ordered a pair of shoes and all went well with the purchase, the delivery and the item itself. Reading the other reviews, I understand that most issues seem to happen with returns, which luckily I didn't need to experience. Nothing with my order and the quality of the item received disappointed me.

Just not worth it.

Like everyone else says on here. Once you have to return something.......you're on your own.

They want you to pay for the courier through them and boy do they profit from it.

Sells defective scratched wallet and claims big scratch is part of the manufacturing process. I wouldn't buy items here if my life depended on it. Finally I couldn't even get a refund because the manager refused. So I am out shipping, cost of item, and my time but I received terrible service from stuartslondon so that was expected.

It was very disappointed after I checked out they emailed me saying the discount was not valid for international customers so you will need to pay the difference thus I cancel the order.
