i have been a loyal customer was shocked in the customer service.
i have ordered a large amout of items where several was cancelled before my parcel was sent i had it out on finance. when i got my bill and noticed the items wasnt cancelled of my bill i tried to contact them.. i spent 2 hours on hold to be told that the finance department could not do anything and to contct studio. i have been contactingvthem for 2 months now and still not recived a refund for the items i have paid the finace bill as i didnt want to get bad credit score but i think they are doing this scam to a lot of customers and wouldnt be surprised if this compant goes under.
when or should i say if i get a refund i will never shoo with these again

Absolutely disgusting service from this so called company! I wish I could give negative stars. Brought a chest of drawers end of December. They arrived damaged and unlike how they were described. After waiting weeks for them to arrange collection from their own courier service I have yet to receive this refund on my account. I have offered doorbell footage of collection and each reply back to me is another âadviserâ on a new blank email thread asking the same questions to buy time. My credit score has now been affected and I have started a court case against them. Avoid avoid avoid!!

I've been a long term customer but since changing their returns process, never ever again...sports direct items arrived. And had no idea sports direct are part of studio 24..sadly paying off my account then shutting it.
The returns address they gave as Unit C not recognised and can't discuss this issue with customer service as can't call anyone..lots of customers, I'm sure like me, will now leave..

I brought a bar gazebo from Studio in July 23 for over £300 & returned it as it was faulty in Dec 23. Studio arranged their own collection & sent a driver. Since then they have promised me my refund numerous times which I am yet to receive.
They refuse to provide me with a complaints procedure, they lie, miss lead, are vague and ask the same questions repeatedly.
I have called every number I can, sent countless emails, have sent recorded delivery letters & contacted citizens advice.

If I could have awarded no stars I would!! I was informed back in November 23 that some items I ordered were not available and would be credited to my account. The balance on my account is for the items that were not supplied so I owe them nothing. Despite chasing them they are chasing me for payment, have affected what was my excellent credit score. They have assured me that they are working really hard to sort my account but four months later nothing has been done. They also said that they were waiting for a credit from their supplier one of whom is Jack Wills and they own. My contract is with them and not their supplier!! I told them 9th March 2024 I am going to take action against them for the account to be credited and for the time I have spent emailing and messaging them to resolve the problem so they offered me a £10 voucher to spend at any one of their stores

I have dealt with Studio 24 for many years and given them thousands of pounds n custom. I don't know if the company has changed hands along with the change of name which is now trading under Studio Retail Trading LTD but their customer service is appalling I have been tryingto return a faulty item to them since before Christmas 2023. After numerous emails,and an attatchment letter of complaint I am no further forward and they are still trying to charge me £139.99. They have that many customer complaints on their facebook page they have turned off the ability for customers to comment about the problems their experiencing.

If I could give a minus I would. Made an order 29th October. Tried to cancel as it hadnât turned up by 3rd week of Nov 23 so too late for purpose. As the Frazer Group have so called upgraded to email & FB messenger contact only. I have since sent no less than 17 emails have numerous FB messenger messages still unresolved & expecting me to pay for goods declined upon delivery 6th Dec 23. Apparently the financial services are not part of customer serviceâŠ. They have become absolutely useless since what they call upgrade in communication which is truly not good customer service, it was much better before when you could actually speak with a human being. I now have to go down the legal route. STAY AWAY from this company is my advice.!!!!

If I could give 0stars I would. I ordered a tv Dec 2023 arrived 6th January and was faulty it would not work. Sent an email on the 7th and they arranged for it to be returned. Tv was picked up they refunded the tv off my account but left the 19.99 delivery charge. As the tv was faulty the retailer is responsible for delivery charge. After loads of emails as there's no way to talk to a human I'm still going round in circles to get this off my account. They say it was raised 20th January and to wait 21 days. Its now 16th Feb so makes that 27 days and still no refund. I have a great credit rating now this companies error has made my credit rating look bad. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM STUDIO AGAIN!!!
