I stumbled across Dr. Hugo’s courses on a ad on Instagram, and me being a biomedical science student in need of help I decided to follow the ad to the webinar. The lessons shared in the webinar convinced me to pay for the course and it brought great insights. I can see that there is great material on it, my only problem is that I struggled to actually engage with the material as I am a pro procrastinator. Regardless of this, the Facebook group is very active and encouraging! I would highly recommend the course.

It is hard to write this without mentioning my background.
I was studying in my final year before university with struggles I faced mentally and physically to complete my studies. But watching short organised videos and having a single 1-2-1 session with Dr. Hugo opened my eyes to rethink my why and practicing a few techniques, even though I wasn't able to complete every single lesson and practice them as a result of my mental health. However, this didn't stop me from experiencing an easier flow while studying and achieving much higher grades than I used to get.

One of my best achievements was getting an A in math, which I used to get Es and Us.
My mindset also improved and cuased this amazing transformation. I always used to ignore how I can improve my study habits because I used to compare myself with my classmates. Learning how to study makes all the difference to get a bad or a good grade.
Currently, after getting better mentally, I restart going through the videos to help me with my time management and how I train myself to stop cramming and instead having an easy fun study time.
Overall, I lookforward to further transformation and improving my study habits while studying environmental engineering and architecture at University.
