Football for sons 8th Birthday
I needed the purchase for my sons 8th birthday. I called to see when the order would be delivered and explained the situation. The kit was waiting to have his name put on the shirt and the lady kindly arranged for this to be done quickly to ensure that his kit was delivered in time for his birthday - great service !!

Liars
Dishonest and blatant liars. Made the mistake of ordering a jersey from these guys and when it arrived the jersey had little irregular creases on the number print of the jersey. I sent pictures and emails and asked for a refund. They refunded me for the jersey but refused to refund me for the postage stamp because they felt that the issue I claimed was not true. Absolutely despicable behaviour from a company. I'll never do business with these guys. Trash products, trash prices and trash service.

Delivery time is atrocious
Delivery time is atrocious! Almost four weeks it took for my order to be delivered.
It's not the couriers fault either.
I first ordered from Subsidesports 20 years ago and even then it took weeks and weeks to receive an order. Clearly things haven't changed in two decades!!
I hadn't ordered from them in years, only for them being the only place I could get what I wanted I wouldn't have ordered from them.
Don't think I'll be back. Most other outlets can deliver within a week, two at the very most.

Hi Scott, we're very sorry for the delay in your order. No excuses really, but we had an oversell on the Spain Away kits and had to wait for a resupply from adidas Germany. We should have been much more communicative, so that's entirely on us. We are also just about to implement a new warehouse system which should eliminate these oversells. Apologies again. If there's anything you need in future then please let us know and we'll sort something out. One idea, if you'd like, we'll add one of the brand new World Cup patches to your shirt FOC. We'll arrange collection at return at out cost. Apologies again, please email admin@subside.co.uk if we can help any further.

Delivery to Singapore within 2 weeks.
Received 2 namesets in bad condition, submitted with photos and with no second words and sent the replacement.

I liked that I received prompt emails to keep me updated on my purchase. It made me feel confident that this was a legitimate website. I also received my purchase in a timely manner.
The sweatshirt appears to be a good quality and the color and the logo are authentic looking.

Great service
Really impressed with the customer service. I had ordered a football top with a name on the back and there was a delay with getting this due to the name I’d chosen. The customer service I received was great, they kept me updated and helped me get the top on time. Will buy from again.
