Fast, easy to navigate

Very informative

The credit counseling course that Summit provides is very easy to access. I found it pretty straight forward to use and completed the first course. I look forward to finishing up course #2 in a couple of months or so.

Easy to understand

I would not say great. Their general process doesn't consider every situation, and the information they are working from is outdated. Some of the resource links they provide don't work at all and a few leads to junk sites that gives you a run around of endless email and text solicitations but never gets you to what you originally requested for. The second part the few questions they asked were so bland that there is no correct way to respond. But they don't hold that against you. I personally feel strongly that the entire course needs to be redone and every detail scrutinized for accurate information and working links on a routine basis to ensure the best results for all clients.

Not being computer savvy, I was somewhat frightened of making mistakes, but the application was so user-friendly and then customer service corrected any errors that I made very user-friendly application

My husband and I learned a lot. Which lead us to doing more research. We learned that growing up poor and never having enough of anything, never being taught about finances and how they work, the long term effects of food insecurity, facing homelessness as children has shaped what we now know was not "normal". Now we have the tools to make better financial decisions and we can now plan for our future.

They had great advice and explained different ways you can pay off credit card debt or other debts. They kept trying to explain how I could pay off debt and not needing to file bankruptcy. They were very helpful.
