Easy forms to complete - understanding rep

Easy forms to complete; verbal counseling was really just advising me of process and options; best part was that rep was extremely kind and understanding. I did find the website pop-ups constantly reminding me that if I left the site, the info wouldn't be saved....think that is something that needs to be fixed so that you can save and return if something comes up when you have to leave the site.

Was lil nervous at first ...

I was sweating it at first thinking I was on a time limit, then I called found out I wasn't and it went very well. Afterwards I paid the higher price cause I figured being older id rather talk to someone rather then email that way I know, so I called, she was very nice and didn't take much time at all
