Thought i would share my experience as there are si many bad reviews but my experience was 👏.
From £10 I managed to get my balance up2 over £900....i then withdrew £900 and waited for sun bingo to process my withdrawal, I thought id have to wait awhile for the funds to go into my bank or that id have hoops to jump through to get them to release the funds( due to all the bad reviews I read on here) but not even an hour later I got an email to say they had processed my withdrawal.
Rang my bank and the money was in so 10/10 from me xx

Had a couple of winners on the slots increased stake not even a feature as soon as i dropped to a lower stake had a small win as soon as i increased again nothing & this tells me its completly fixed. Dont use this place absolute rip off.

Ok, so I have been on this site YEARS! Play slots because I never win on bingo.. EVERY SINGLE WEEK I put in the maximum amount - set by sun bingo at £250 a week….. EVERY WEEK , week in week out, I spend this in one day (it’s not hard to) never ever win nothing!!! Of course it’s very small amounts when I do…, nothing that I can’t withdraw…. It’s horrendous! I play all different slots and it’s the same …. Never can win on this site! Hopeless! And can play at different times, that’s doesn’t help either! So much for getting a percentage back from your state! Awful site! Awful! Please keep your money and go elsewhere, as from now I AM!

Won a voucher fir £300 but they gice me a tv worth 150 max and cant use the rest ingitta free tv but not the other £150

All the new updates regarding promotions are horrible, they have removed free bingo, and reduced the weekly rewards from 10 spins to just 5 spins.

I won a free bingo session 4 days ago it was never credited to my account, contacting support on chat who didn't even resolve it and ended the chat after been told to wait for 20 mins after attempting to contact live support They was 17 people waiting so i sent a email instead, they responded 4 days later and basically blamed me for not contacting them 4 days ago which i did, but that's not surprising i think they are told to blame the customers when issues happen especially around promotions noticed they always ask for a screenshot? Literally every time a issue happens they ask for a screenshot, they have always done this so its clearly something they are told to do, how many times has a issue occured regarding promotions and they never resolve it?

They have completely ruined Sunbingo now, no free bingo, reduced the promotions, even give you less spins on a Friday.
Are they backwards? What do they now offer that would make someone chose them over other sites.

Plus the slots are appalling, and when I've been depositing £10 the next day ive not had the bigger prize wheel active, support don't do anything and emails take 4 days to be responded to not 24 hours, the promotions are now dire and not worth it, the slots have poor RTN and poor customer support all around, im done playing on here there better, alot better sites out there, even there sister site Vegas is the pits and one of the worst casino sites on the market.

Quick enough to take deposit but still waiting on a £300 withdrawal I made. When I speak to customer services I’m just told it’s been referred to relevant team but no time scale!

What a palaver is getting verified on sun bingo. There's no way to get anywhere to ask someone and my uploads are refused. They took my money and can't get in to purchase tickets

Wouldn't even give it one star never any mangers to talk don't put money on this site been waiting over 10 days for withdrawal still have got it ring up they can't speak English they have no clue and you ask for manager and they say all the time no managers in today bullshit trust me everyone there is so much better casino sites then this they have got back to me but they emailed me saying there no managers to talk to but they can email you to tell so they are full of crap don't use this site

How do you know that comment was from a banned chat player? I'm banned and been with Sun Bingo since it started over 23 years ago. but I would never put a nasty/horrible comment on here regarding players and hosts who went to Blackpool..infact a lot of my friends went. Today I am unable to log in. I’ve
Cleared cache and re logged in, refreshed etc. been in touch with customer service but waiting a reply. I hope this is not taking too long as I have money in my account. Ok, so after writing this review I had contact with customer service to say all the site and more were experiencing problems with logging in, however, I tried again 15 minutes later and all was ok so I could log in. Good customer service

Sick and tired of the same people winning all the time. Hosts are to friendly with certain players, as if they know them personally.And those are the most likely to win. Unfair. Can see why people moan. Sort out your hosts, they are there to monitor not have chin wags with the players.
