Sunday Natural

Horrible company. Scamming the custumers. Paid on the 25th of July for the vitamins and I still don't have them on the 6th of August. They pretend to have handed the package to Royal mail but they only provided a tracking and the package hasn't been posted yet.
They pretend to be a UK company by having a website ending with co.uk prices in GBP, but in fact they are based abroad.
The use of AI as customer service is frustrating and patronising.
They falsely promise short delivery.

Products are great, quality can be trusted and at more affordable prices than other brands which claim the same quality.
Unfortunately, and after 5 orders, the areas of improvement are the UK e-commerce website. Orders take 5 days to get shipped from the German warehouse, and they use Evri which is the worst, and possibly slowest courrier in the UK.
Also, it would be nice to have a loyalty program on the e-commerce shop to reward loyal customers.
