Scam. Took money, claimed delays for a month, then stopped responding.

Do not buy from, order will never arrive!!

AVOID this company at any cost, fraudsters, how can they sleep? They are disgraceful disgusting people, who took the money that other people earn with hard work.
Do not buy anything from them, I wish I read all the comment before I bought anything from them... avoid them at any cost. Rude people who are cheaters, and took your money this how they earn money - steeling from other people

Please be aware this compan's address is the same as smartbaths.co.uk - same address, same enticing business model. smartbaths.co.uk seem to copy everything listed on Victorian Plumbing but selling at 10-20 per cent less. I came close to ordering but became suspicious when I saw elsewhere on their site they're selling items manufactured under Victorian Plumbing-exclusive brand names. Thankful to have found the reviews here.

I was scammed by this company. Was asked to pay by a link and the items never arrived and had no communication afterwards. They trade as Spectra lights. AVOID at all costs. The website has not be updated and talks about a new years sale. Have reported to trading standards. Shameful behaviour.

Unfortunately I had the same issue as other people here, but didn't realise until after placing the order. Ordered my item (great price, too good to be true?!), item wan't delivered, was then advised it was damaged, never heard from them again so cancelled the order, no refund received. Am now pursuing them via credit card company.....Scammers. They also have other companies - Bath Buzz, Spectralights, and probably many more.

Ordered a toilet, when I called to chase delivery, was advised it was broken and we would get delivery a week later. Called again a week later to be told there are delays. Eventually asked for a refund which we never got!
The chap is very rude and swore at me. Reported to trading standards.

Three years ago, I ordered a V&B SUBWAY 2 pan and soft closing seat. The soft closing seat mechanism failed so I contacted V&B after sales service who were extremely helpful and asked for photos and videos of the products. They replied that the photos I'd sent were not of a SUBWAY 2 pan and seat but an AVENTO pan and seat. SUPERBATH had supplied me with the wrong items. They refused to replace the seat and replied that damages or missing parts should have been advised to them within 3 days of receipt of goods. So much for Consumer Protection Law.
THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

Do not buy anything from this company. I paid for a radiator in good faith on 09/04/2024. The item never arrived as expected. When I followed this up with the company by email and telephone, I was lied to by the guy on the phone. He told me he would phone me back about the order and never did. They have stopped replying to my emails. Eventually I requested a full refund and was advised it would take 5-7 days to show up in my account. No refund has been received. Payment was made through a link they sent me and when it went through my account, it shows payment was made to a lighting company in Manchester not Superbaths in illford. I have now reported the transaction to my bank, trading standards and Action Fraud in the hope I get refunded and something is done to stop these fraudsters from trading.

This is a scam! The worst customer service. I tried to buy a toilet and I was instructed to pay via a link. I paid using the link and shared screenshot of payment. I didn't receive the item and when I call to check one week later they said they will not send as payment was not received. My bank has confirmed payment was completed and now trying to get my money back.

The first contact took order and said it needed to be paid for before delivery could be arranged. As they stated that would be next week I agreed. On the day after it should of been delivery I telephoned. He finally replied and said there was a fault with the item and thats why they hadn't delivered it but it would be ordered and delivered on the following Sat. This was also untrue as I then encountered a young lad who said that I should get in touch with them on Monday they don't work weekends and he even interupted by just saying “blahblahblah" continously. I have since contacted my credit card., and have heard nothing from the company.

Do not use this company - it is a scam!!!!!

I recently purchased a vanity unit for £170 and have no item and no money. They do not answer emails or the phone and on the one occasion someone answered he said he would call me back but didn’t even take my details and was frankly quite rude. The customer service is zero. I have had to ask my bank to dispute the payment to try and get my money back.

Save yourself some grief and shop elsewhere or at least pay be credit card so you can get your money back.

Awful experience, the owner is just a liar who scams people - there are no bathroom products, you order and are then strung along with excuse after excuse for lack of delivery and then lack of refund. Have passed to my credit card company now, but wish I had found these reviews first!

I made the mistake of thinking this was "superbath.co.uk", missing the "S". Same experience as everyone else. Did payment (which the method did not seem right and I should have known better). Kept getting told it will be delivered, given new dates and its not turned up. Once call i managed to get through the bloke said "I'm busy, call back in 30 minutes" and just hung up.

Still amazed their website is still up and running and they are able to take payments, only thing I am glad about is I made sure to use my credit card.

I wish a plague upon their house!

Absolute joke of a company, complete scammers. No intention of ever delivering the goods and just shout at you when you chase the refund and say they're going to delay paying it because you dared to call them up. Never buy from them.

I placed an order with this company for a bath that was noted on their website as 'in stock' in October. After weeks i had to chase them regarding delivery, and have since been promised delivery on 5 separate occasions with no delivery ever materialising and very little communication to inform me of why. All the same stories as all the other reviewers on here - damaged so waiting for a new one, stuck in customs etc etc.
I have emailed many times and received no response, occasionally the same man answers the phone when i call and makes excuses or tell lies. Today he just put the phone down without offering any explanation for the shocking customer service or lack of ability to fulfil orders. He is a liar and a thief.
Superbaths took payment for the bath i ordered as soon as i placed the order back in October, i have requested a refund many times now and still no replies or refund showing on my credit card. I have now put in a claim via my credit card company. I have also reported this cmpany to Trading Standards, Watchdog and the police.
For anyone else considering using Super Baths please learn from all the negative reviews and AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! If you have already ordered and find yourself in the same situation please also report this company to Trading Standards, Watchdog and the police. Hopefully they will be shut down/jailed at some point soon.

Same experience as all the other terrible reviews. I found out too late! I ordered a vanity unit. It was stated or be in stock. I phoned them before placing the order. He sounded professional enough, confirmed it was in stock and gave me a delivery time for next Tuesday. I asked why the payment was done via payment link and he said it’s because he’s had problems recently with items being delivered damaged, so he wanted first to check stock and make sure it’s in good condition before taking payment. Sounds sensible but turned out to be complete nonsense. I stayed in the house all day to take delivery but nothing arrived. When I spoke to him, he said the item was damaged. I asked why he hadn’t informed me, and he had no explanation after checking with despatch team. In any case, he has previously said he’d checked the stock and condition, so clearly none of this made sense. He said he would call back. He didn’t. Eventually he agreed to resent the week after. I followed up to check it was all in hand and he said “if I’ve said that’s the delivery time then that’s when it will arrive. Guarantee”. On the second delivery day I received nothing. Took a while to get through to him. He now said it would be the following Wednesday. I said I didn’t now trust him to stick to his promises. He started getting irritated despite me trying to remain reasonable. Then, something very strange happened. I said I would like a refund. He said fine, he’ll do it in 10 minutes. I said no, id prefer to do it now whilst we’re on the phone so that I know it’s been done. He said: I will do it in half an hour. I said no please can we do it now. He said: I’ll do it in an hour. This went on and he kept on postponing when he would do it! I had to ask him why he was being deliberately obstructive and vindictive. The conversation ended shortly afterwards. Really strange experience and just very depressing.

Yet another scam … to add to the list of people he’s ripped off , told me same excuses as most people, first couldn’t be delivered as it was damaged , then it was held up , the man was absolutely disgusting when I told him I wanted refund , told him I had read Trustpilot reviews he called me a mother F….r , he stalked me kept ringing me and ringing me I didn’t answer .

He sent email saying I would get my refund, then 2 days later sent me email saying he had cancel the refund .

Don’t believe he has any of the items on the website , they are obviously cheaper than elsewhere , he’s just taking your money

When you call he picks phone up with hello he doesn’t even answer with the name of the company … dodgy as F..K
