The product does't work. Nothing on my receipt shows that I signed up for a reoccurring charge, yet they still charged me and sent it to me and would do nothing to fix it. I'm sure I'm out the money, but be warned, these people will not deal fairly with you and cannot be trusted. Stay away from them.

*QUESTIONABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES ALERT*

I received an email notification that an auto renewal charge was confirmed on my credit card. I emailed SuperBonsai directly within a 24-hour window to have them cancel and reverse the charge. This is a typical request these days and I have never had an organization or company not honor it.

SuperBonsai responded by saying that once payment is processed they can't cancel or issue a refund. Blatant lie - any company can. Especially, when the product had yet to ship to me. I responded by saying that their policy states they do returns. The tried to clarify that it only applies to the very first product purchase. I copied and pasted to them their own policy that suggested any product purchased could be refunded so long as the product itself had not been opened. They then doubled down and said no cancellation no refund. They then went on to state that they went ahead and cancelled the auto renewal in my account and no future purchases would occur (another lie).

I logged in to my account 8 days later and my account was showing AN ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION! I immediately cancelled it and emailed them to let them know they lied and that I had it in writing. I have notified my credit card to flag any future charges from them because you can't remove your credit card information from their website. Stay away from this company. Shady business practices, policies, and procedures.

Waste of money
Just don’t do it. Another internet get rich quick scam they send you some crap and pretend it has all these amazing benefits. It’s all lies the ads are fake.
