Useless queuing system
Saved my spot, kept refreshing the timer page which kept fluctuating. 20 mins, then over an hour, then 35 mins. With the timer showing 35 mins I then got a text message to say I was next and to be there in 15 mins. I arrived 9 mins later only to be told Iâd lost my slot!! This is the Wycombe branch in Xmas eve. I didnât feel very Christmassy after that!!!

The money was taken off my card before the hairdresser even touched my hair , super cutz is very smart indeed with regards to payments , so there is no way of refusing to pay out iof embarrassment should things go pear shaped..
Anyway , I made the payment and the hairdresser who was a pleasant lady asked me to sit down whilst she cut my hair .
After finishing, I realised huge amounts of hair on my top and shoulders, I also realised that the hairdresser just quickly slipped away to the the desk without helping me to brush the mess off my top and shoulders and didnât even bother to tidy my hair after cutting , it looked like a birds nest after I left the salon .
When I visit any hairdresser, I feel like a million dollars but on this occasion sorry to say I felt as though my money went straight into the bin .
When I reached home , I tidied my hair myself and when I straightened it , I realised it was uneven.
Very dissatisfied and upset indeed with the service I received st super cutz, this was supposed to be a branded name that charges above average charge but I realised the standards have gone down with regards to looking after a customer. Contacted a number to get my refund but no luck .

Website is atrocious
I cant explain how absolute dogshit the user interface is. Trying to get an appointment using their website is like splitting and atom with chopsticks. Not to mention when you do get an appointment, the timings are so wildly inaccurate you might receive a text telling you its time to join D-day. It may say 15 minutes but there's actually an hour. It may say youre next and to make your way there as youre up in 10 minutes, but the person in front of you has a 45 minute slot.

Disabled people not welcome
I wanted to get a trim, nothing major just a bit of a tidy up. I went into the Nottingham Intu Victoria Centre store to meet a member of staff who did everything possible to put me off, took my name incorrectly and then told me to come back at 2:15 (it was noon). I returned at 2:15 as agreed and was ignored for 30 minutes while everyone who wasnât in a wheelchair was spoken to, welcomed and received a haircut. I havenât been treated this badly in a long time. It was made absolutely clear that I was not welcome, an inconvenience. Go anywhere else, especially if youâre disabled.

I went there with my 18-year-old niece, who has beautiful hair and only needed a protein treatment, a layered cut, and a wash and blow-dry. From the very beginning, the experience was awful.
First, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. I tried to explain what my niece wanted, just to help, and the same woman spoke to me in a shockingly disrespectful way â basically telling me to sit down, very rudely. I was honestly offended but stayed calm and sat.
Instead of focusing on her work, this so-called âstylistâ kept chatting and laughing with the other hairdressers, behaving like a total amateur. The final result was disastrous. No layers, no shine â nothing at all. My nieceâs hair looked as if she had washed it herself at home with cheap supermarket products.
I paid, but with great regret â and almost ended up arguing with the stylist because the work was unacceptable.
Tomorrow Iâm taking my niece to a real hairdresser to have the job done properly.
Avoid this place at all costs. Itâs a complete waste of money â absolutely ridiculous!

Went here with my daughter for a haircut. She is disabled and has sensory issues and learning disabilities. The service she received was despicable. The hairdresser had a terrible attitude towards her. She spoke to her in a disgusting way. No compassion or patience.
Also charged £25 to literally take the ends off. Will never come here again and will make sure I let everyone know

Had a lovely haircut today from Paloma at the Mansfield branch. Loved how she listened to what I wanted. She gave me some great tips to build some strength back into my hair from some recent hair loss from being unwell. Hope she is there next time.

I often go to the Hempstead Valley branch, always been great in there, there's often a queue so you know its a decent place, sometimes you can go straight in though. Always a decent cut, staff seem friendly enough, they make me look ten years younger!

Over charged
Terrible - overcharged. Mine and my daughter's haircut was done very well but the receptionist totally overcharged us. We were not aware of charges for straightening and also the initial price discussed. At the end we were charged an exorbitant amount for a simple wash, cut, blow dry.

Avoid Hounslow Supercuts hairdresser Theodora absolute rubbish. Cannot cut a fringe, it is way too short and is sticking up like a hedgehog, absolute disaster. I had to trim the fringe as it was uneven and also I am now pinning it up until it grows which is difficult as itâs so short. I will NEVER go there again. I have been there for years but not anymore.

Massively over charged twice now. I used to love going to the Mansfield supercuts branch but the last 2 times ive been overcharged and when I questioned it, I was just stared at blankly. I wont return, which is a shame.

Great cut and advise
Went into Supercuts in Whiterose Leeds for a second time. I had a new lady cut my hair who advised me of how much I should have cut off due to dryness and damage. She also advised me how to look after my hair on a regular basis ie oil everyday and mask weekly to keep it healthy and shiny. The cut was great and I acted upon her advise. My hair feels the best it's felt in a long time. Thank you ðð
Under skilled and over priced!
Iâm appalled. My Grandmother visited the salon yesterday to get her hair done and Iâm severely disappointed with how they allowed her to leave the salon. Her hair was terrible. Flat, no shape and a terrible cut.
It was her 96th birthday yesterday and she wanted her hair doing. It was beyond awful. I wish I was there with her because I would not have allowed her to pay £43 for that!
I contacted the âsalonâ and apparently everyone who works there is qualified including the â2 new girlsâ⊠debatable.
To rub salt into the wound theyâve said to bring her back so the manager can fix it.
I wouldnât trust anyone in there with a pair of scissors around my daughterâs barbie dolls let alone bring back my precious grandmother!
