Einfache Bestellung, schnelle Lieferung und Artikel passt ! Alles ok, gerne wieder einmal.

Vielen Dank für die hochwertigen Pullover den schnellen Versand in die Schweiz.

Retouren zu teuer von der Schweiz aus.
Porto 3.95 plus dann noch Retoure, lohnt sich für micht nicht mehr bei Super dry einzukaufen, leider.

Pullover war zum halben Preis. Qualität immer gut. Preis-/Leistung stimmt für mich so. Die Farben waren jedoch nicht ganz so wie auf der Homepage.

Leider war bei einem Pullover die Ladensicherung noch. dran, wobei diese fast nicht entfernt werden konnte ohne den Pullover zu beschädigen. Anonsten i.o.

Die Bestellung und Lieferung war einwandfrei. Da gibt's nichts auszusetzen. Allerdings ist die Rückgabefrist von 14 Tagen völlig unverständlich und aus der Zeit gekommen. Da haben Zalando, About You und viele andere bessere Konditionen.
14 Tage mögen schweizerischem Gesetz gerecht werden, ist aber weder Kundenfreundlich noch Zeitgemäss.

Der genau gleiche Pullover in einer anderen Farbe ist viel grösser.
Das Rücksendeporto beträgt (hohe) EUR 15.-.

War sehr schnell da und gefällt mir auch. Leider sind die Grössen nicht sehr konstant und es ist zu groß. Bei den Retour-Preisen ist es keine Option es zurück zu schicken.

I have written you as well via your contact form on the website, where I have also given my order.

Summary is simple: the fit of the jacket was further of than the normal margins I normally expect.
I am normally a size L. I am for such bigger than the model who was wearing an M, so I ordered an M instead of my normal L. And still, I could wear my complete freezing weather outfit and still have space too much in the size M.
And you know, normally it is not a problem: send the product back, order 1 smaller.
Having to pay, say 2 to 3 euro for a shipment is fair. That is also what was on the website. My fault to see that the term and conditions on the CH website were actually talking about Germany/EU and not about Switzerland. So to see that I had to pay 15 euro’s to return the products which didn’t fit by far, does make me unhappy. I have now paid in total 19 euro’s for 1 jacket to come to my home and back. For now I am not going forward with ordering an S, as I am not sure if the arms on that jacket will be long enough.
And that is sad, as the quality of the jacket, the design and the colors were great and not common with other brand. The risk that I again have to pay 19 euro’s for a non fitting jacket is just too big.
I understand that you are in the UK, or maybe with a wearhouse in Belgium. I did look for this jacket in Switzerland, but I couldn’t find it. So I went with your website. But charging 19 euro’s in total for trying on a jacket is not really belonging to 2026 anymore.
That is why I am rating it 1 star: the product really didn’t fit and the shipment price is not competitive.

Das bestellte Jeanshemd hat hinten am Rücken einen unschönen Stoff-Fehler der stört. Das Hemd war zwar preislich reduziert, aber dennoch bin ich mir diese Qualität von Superdry nicht gewohnt.
