The warehouse storage system is highly efficient and well-organized. Poor Billing accounts service and poor customer serviceSupereasy Storage were fast at providing quotes and answering my questions about pickup/storage /delivery to property. I paid $100 deposit to hold the order. And noticed they charged me$1.25 processing fee on my card. (which isn't a big deal, but my next bill was much bigger. I immediately called them and told them to send me their BSB account details because I did not want to pay the processing fee. (next bill was$1,308) They sent me their BSB details.
However on the day my furniture was picked up and stored 2 containers they billed me via my card. I was annoyed because I had already communicated that I would pay via direct transfer. A business will usually ask you they are going to take funds out of my card if this is your choice. They had retained the debit card details from my deposit.
They also charged me $26 for 2 locks which Zac customer service rep said he would provide complimentary. They sent me several emails asking me to write a 5 star review in which they would provide a $50 discount which I did on the day of pick up, I mean who doesn't want a $50 discount.
I then discovered they had debited my card without my authority and charged me a $13.09 transaction and had not deducted the $100 deposit I had paid - I was very upset and annoyed.
I made many many calls to the accounts department to sort out the payment, they finally said they would offer me a refund to the fees, 2 locks payment and deduct the bill $100 deposit and take off $50 for 5Star review.

The $89.09 credit was not credited and it took many calls again to chase up payment. (they kept telling me the transaction had been done) As a result many calls 2 weeks of phoning !!! they finally credited the $89.09 to card (often diverted off shore to Philippines and they were not able to assist me because they kept telling me the money was credited back to my card)

In all it was a frustrating experience - time spent chasing 'SuperEasy Storage to adjust the bill because of their incompetence and poor account billing service. So in all, it wasn't "SUPEREASY" I spent too much time chasing them up to fix up the mistakes they had made with billing and I just want to tell the real story.

I was informed that I needed to provide 2 days notice to access my storage unit, but it was never mentioned that the access spots were limited. As I was preparing to travel overseas, I requested access with the 2 days notice. However, my request was denied, and I was told I needed to rent a second storage (I don't know if this is a way for them to make money). I understand my unit can be buried somewhere in the pile, but please mention this when customers book a unit with you in the begining. Very disappointing.

The people have been so helpful and nothing has been a problem, even after making changes more that once. I would highly recommend to all. AAA+++

Movers Derek and Igor made short work removing my bedroom and kitchen finishing in 30mins. They were careful with my items and handled them professionally through the tricky access to my flat. Took all the hard work out of moving and peace of mind that my belongings are safe and secure.

The guys worked well as a team and were experienced. My 2 bed apartment took up 3 storage cubes after a pretty big clear out and didn’t include clothing and personal belongings.
