Delivery was normal but chocolate I ordered came in greasy packaging for some reason and some of the bars were actually white, tried to contact them for refund but it took a long time after I emailed them multiple times to receive any response and only received response after posting a review, they said they will give refund.

My order was dealt with extremely promptly and arrived safely. With an added discount that was excellent.

What a terrible company I placed an order 3 days ago and have not recived a conformation email about my payment order or delivery have contacted PayPal to cancel the order and to receive a full refund.

Terrible experience, I placed an order 2 days ago and although the payment was processed I never received any confirmation acknowledgement. There is no phone number and having sent 2 emails there has been no response and the online agent is always offline.
I have requested a refund via PayPal.
Will never use this organisation again and reading reviews they may be in liquidation.

'Superfood Market' have some terrible reviews on Google and yet a 4 star rating on Trust Pilot. This does not add up!
I placed an order 6 days ago, and not having heard a thing back from them I decided to Google the company. Companies House confirmed that they have been in Liquidation since the 20th of March 2025. Why then are they still trading?? I understand that it is not permissible in law to continue trading whilst knowingly insolvent!

Turns out it's fulfilled by Amazon, which they don't publicize of course, meaning my (small) order arrived in multiple shipments, with way too much packaging, including lots of plastic. Given the store's apparent focus on organic food it defeats the purpose and creates way too much waste. Also even with all the plastic bubble wrap many items arrives dented/damaged. The sugar bag was all spilled at the bottom of the box. I will not order there again.

I never received a dispatch notice, I never received my order, I've emailed 5 times and have never received a response.

Ordered 5 working days ago , still not dispatched and no response to my emails

The company claims to dispatch orders in 1 -2 working days. When I had not received a dispatch notice on the 4th working day I emailed Superfoodmarket. Within an hour I received an email stating that the goods had been shipped, and another 'confirming that my order should be attempted delivery within the coming days'- meaningless drivel. I won't be buying from this company again.

Ordered a variety of items, including groceries, household and toiletries. Delivery took a week so not too bad. Items came in three separate parcels and were very well packed with most of the packaging being recyclable and/or re-usable. Sadly there were several plastic bags used to put some items in (unnecessary) and also plastic parcel tape used on the boxes (when paper-based is now widely available, as are packing boxes which do not require tape). One star has been taken off for the plastic, because the very reason I bought from this website in the first place was due to the “green” claims.
One of the parcels was damaged in transit, ie one side of the box had come away and was open, however that is the fault of the courier service, and nothing was damaged, and I accept nothing to do with Superfood Market although you could use sturdier boxes which don’t require plasticky tape to reinforce them (which in any case didn’t really work).
Ordering from this website allowed me to buy a variety of items which I often have to visit two separate websites sites to find. In the case of one particular item it was out of stock so by shopping at Superfood Market I could buy the item in question and also all the other items.
Prices are slightly more expensive than my usual preferred website but it was convenient to get everything in one place.
I will definitely buy from this website again as it has items which I often have difficulty finding elsewhere.
Customer service are good; very prompt reply to my query re despatch. Despatch and delivery times stated on the website are accurate and full tracking is available.
All in all, no complaints at all about my experience other than the plastic issue mentioned above.
Have already recommended to some of my friends and I look forward to ordering again.

Very good customer service fast and efficient delivery

I have chased my order due to seeing an Unfulfilled order status. The full payment has been taken from my bank account. There is no way of checking on line or by phone what is going on.

Cannot contact them when order doesn't arrive to complain by phone nor email, non existence customer service, stay well clear of this company, DONT BUY

Bought my favourite flour which arrived on time and at a good price. Good communication and hassle free shop. Will purchase again and looking at other items in what looks like it might well be a repeat order.!

Shocking. I ordered an expensive order and I was due for it to be delivered today and then it sends an email to said sorry we can't deliver your goods contact superfood direct. I've contacted them numerous times already because my items weren't getting dispatched and they are the worst at responding. I want my.money back and pronto

Ordered direct from Superfood Market, waited a long time for order to be dispatched at which point was given a refund for half my order as they couldn't fulfil it, there was no explanation, offer of fulfilling at a later date or apology. When my order finally arrived three items were incorrect. On contacting them they asked for photos as proof which I provided and then told me to download a return label, arrange a return at which point we could have a refund or exchange. At several points I asked for confirmation they had the items I required as these are free from Easter items for my daughter's and I didn't want to end up with nothing to give them, particularly as my previous order hadn't been fulfilled properly and presumably their stock levels are not accurate. They kept ignoring answering this and eventually have stopped responding to my queries. I also asked for my issue to be escalated to a manager who h also never happened. Such disappointing customer service and not the experience I have had from other companies. I was more than happy to return the items delivered as mistakes happen but their attitude and refusal to confirm I would be able to receive what I ordered was not appreciated or what I would consider good customer service.

I was slightly concerned ordering as the latest reviews weren’t so good, but I couldn’t find what I ordered elsewhere, so I took a chance and it was all good! I received an email a few days after ordering saying my item had been dispatched, and it arrived a few days after that. Order to delivery was less than week. Based on this experience, I would use them again 😊
